This place does a good job however their prices are ridiculous. I went in for a pedicure and a fill and ended up paying $30 more than I did to get a pedicure and a full set. My daughter and I came here for pedicures, and could not have been more pleased! The salon was impeccably clean, and I liked that the tools used on us were individually wrapped to keep them more sterile. The pedicure itself was awesome. They use hot stones for the leg massage as part of the basic pedicure! And great job on the polish as well. All in all, I highly recommend this salon! read more

Great place, one of a couple that I go to for a pedicure. They have a lot of different choices for pedicures, depending on your time and budget. They start at $28 and go from there. Clean place and massage chairs. They offer you water or soda while you get your service. They also do waxing and manicures. read more

This place was great when it first opened but I wouldn't bother going if the pedicure or manicure was free at this point. They seem to be missing a step in their process as the polish chips within a day or even hours after leaving. This is not normal! I hope they do the right thing and get back to the quality they had. I am a nails and feet kinda girl. I will go to a location every 2 weeks if not more often to fill in my acrylic nails. This is by far the best in Fayetteville. I will say the best people don't really work during the week because it is slow. I love that they have many options for gel colors. They keep the new colors coming it isn't just the same thing over and over. The owner is nice she talks to all her customers makes sure you are comfortable. I love that some of the nail techs talk English very well ( we all know sometimes its hard with a language barrier). Go here they will get you out quick!! read more

I went in to get a fill and polish change on my feet. I asked over the phone on how much it would cost and quoted me one price and after the service was done told me $43. It was $13 just to get a polish change on my feet so I decided not to. $5 for a square round shape. Another price for my nails being long but they didn't cut them down. Wonderful service. Friendly staff. Wide selection of nail polish colors. Great pedicure. I like that they have a timer for when they do the massage. Sometimes I feel like technicians short you on the advertised massage time but here they make sure you get what is advertised. Really wonderful will be back again. read more

Great salon! No matter what you are there for, they treat you like a top client! Very clean and modern facility with great spa pedicure chairs and manicure booths. Tammy seems to know everyone that comes in and remembers your preferences each time. My first visit to Ruby nails very dissatisfied. I asked for a manicure & s-n-s dip powder. I have had a manicure with only cold water used to soak my nails. No cream or solution used to push back the cuticles, did clean under my nails. The s-n-s nails not done correctly. The thumb was messed up by the technician. Another technician jumped in to assist still no better. I was asked to pay 40 bucks when the service was horrible. I will never go back there and would highly suggest if you get the dip powdered nails, go some place else. They don't know how to do it!!! read more

My daughter and I wanted to get mani'a and pedi's last minute and called several places who would not take us because the services would take them passes their closing times. We called Ruby's around 6:00pm and were told they would take us and we were there by 6:15. They knew the services would take them passed their closing time but did it anyway and they were all so kind! Their prices are posted so I am not sure why people are complaining about that. Any good business will charge for each of the services they provide, that's not being underhanded or sneaky, that's having good business savvy and knowing what your products are worth. Also, before we left, the owner made a point to tell us that if our boots messed up our toe polish that we could come back the next day and have them redone free of charge. My daughter and I enjoyed the full services and will happily return! We highly recommend Ruby's!! read more

The place is very clean and looks very nice. I thought customer service would be better, especially since they're on the pricier side. Pedicures range from $28-48. They offer tons of pedicure options(different herbal soaks/scrubs/massages) and the rock massage they give is great. They have complimentary drinks and no one offered me anything. I have been here a few times and really liked it. The last 3 times I have not been impressed. I believe in giving it a couple of chances in case it was the employee, a bad day, working out kinks etc. Needless to say.... nope I will never return. On top of paying $28 for a 15 minute pedicure, I experienced the worst kind of customer service today. While I was picking out my color there was a man at the front and he dropped a ladder on me! Granted yes it hit my back, and the back of my head. I didn't know what had just fallen on me because I don't have eyes in the back of my head, I literally sat there for probably a full minute before another client said something and the manager/owner screamed. I couldn't turn around because i had a ladder on my back, to see what had fallen. The man didn't even notice he dropped a ladder on someone! He moved it off my back and just said with no worries, "oh ok sorry." I was so surprised at the fact that it happened, but hey accidents happen. As I was then told to go to the pedicure chair so they could start my service and get me out of there, not one employee, manager or owner asked if I was ok. I'm 5 months pregnant. Yes it hit my back, but I was appalled! Nobody but 2 other clients asked if I was ok. That's horrible. So no I won't return or recommend to anyone. After having a ladder dropped on me, no apology or reassurance that I was ok, and having a rushed service of 15 minutes on a pedicure I was not pleased. They all knew what happened and talked about it because I kept hearing them say ladder and laugh, so they clearly jist care about making the money and not the clients. Too bad because it is clean there and nice. The service has just gone downhill! read more
