They also got us on the limo bus to where the ceremony was being held and made sure the bridal party was very well taken care of. When we arrived at the Thursday Club (ceremony location) there were two coordinators taking care of all the setup. It looked amazing and when the bride walked into the ceremony site she actually cried and said, "Oh my God! It's so beautiful!" I know this was something she and the groom were worried about because at the rehearsal they mentioned that they wanted all the red draping covered in white. Both the bride and groom were so happy to see how it turned out! I really thought Monica and her team couldn't out do the ceremony but then we got to the reception and wow! BEST PARTY EVER! The reception area was really decked out! They had a sushi station (which I ate a lot of), an Italian station and a meat carving station. All the food was awesome, the setup of everything looked great and the timing was perfect. We did our entrance, had dinner and got the party started. The bride and groom were so happy with everything. I don't think I've ever heard so many people say, "What an amazing wedding!" Having said that, I am SO GLAD that she stepped up to help out. She was fantastic! I am a worrier by nature, so the fact that I didn't have to worry about anything during my wedding or reception was wonderful. She confirmed with all our vendors, showed up early to make sure everything and everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there, ran around constantly to fix any little problems that popped up - example: the caterer forgot the coffee and the coffee pot wasn't heating properly. The only thing I heard of it was when Hien asked if I was okay with her associate running to Starbucks and spending $30 to get coffee there. And that was it. When I got back, I also found out that she'd called the caterer, explained the situation, and got a refund for the coffee pot. I didn't have to do anything! I really can't say enough about how helpful she was, how calm during the last frantic days of the planning, how good she was about making sure that my then-fiance' and I were on the same page about how things were going to happen. There is no way I would have enjoyed my wedding day as much as I did if she hadn't be there to help.
