I called here because we had a patient that had passed away and her service was out in escondido. There was good reviews and some nice pictures so I called here to order a bouquet to be sent to the venue. I spoke to linda, sent her a couple pictures of the vibe that I wanted and she said she would send me photos back and never did. The flowers were delivered on the day and I was told that they were beautiful but had never heard back from this shop or linda to this day so that was disappointing. That was weeks ago. If I was able to give zero stars I would, but I can't .....On a day that had to be full of joy and excitement turn into a STRESSFUL day all thanks to Linda's flower shop i had the WORSTTTTT experience EVERRR I went in three weeks earlier before my my wedding day for a bridal bouquet, Boutonniere and a centerpiece for my main table. To make sure she was able to do the inspo pic I show her she told me she was able to do the exact same way so I trusted her and the prices were were great but now from my experience all I can say is you get what you pay for. I had to go pick up a 9 AM for my bouquet and I went in at 10AM AN HR LATER for her employee to tell me that she hasn't even done it and she still got mad at me because she said it was too early for pick up when the receipt said 9 AM And she told me oh can you wait 10 minutes for it so you can imagine what I got in 10 minutes it was something so disgusting. Nothing what I asked for it was a messy ass boutique and the flowers were dead. I told her this is nothing what I asked for And she just told me well. It's bigger than what you ask. I'm not looking for something bigger. I was looking for something similar what I have asked for. I was so mad because my time was limited so I had to rush and look for somewhere else to get my boutique and i was so happy I found Santiago's Flower and Gift Shop they were able to help me make a last minute bridal bouquet and everything else I needed so I highly recommend you guys to go here they were able to help me and make the exact same way. I wanted my bouquet. It came out just like the picture and never like never trust Linda flower shop because you would be very disappointed for experience. Don't go here, even if the prices are great. I needed a gift for the house warming party I was invited to and I usually just go to Vons for a cute lil plant for such occasions but I wanted to check out local small family own businesses, so I found this place driving by. It's quaint but cute. There's signs all around about being safe and to use a mask- which is super important to me. After ringing the bell, a nice older gentleman came out and asked what I was looking for. He spoke Spanish which is ok, since I speak it too. I asked I was looking for a plant and if he had any- which he nodded and invited me inside. His place is super humbled, total hole in the wall type of situation which I find has the BeST options. He showed me his plants and he had exactly what I had in mind. I chose one and asked for the price, it was VERY reasonable so I bought it. I asked for a little card, willing to pay a dollar more for it but it was free. He handed me a pen (sanitizer nearby) and I wrote a little note for the plant gift. I left happy. Good service.
