The rest of the story -- After an initial contact, Just Right reached out to me to talk about the job/needs. I had anticipated setting up a time to meet at the house for a quote, but Chase asked for the job specs - living room, 3 bedrooms, hallway, and dining room; all would be empty. He said that he didn't need to see the house, since the rooms were going to be empty, he could give a quote over the phone, which he did. And, all that said, the quote was in-line with another vendor that did come to the house. After I accepted the quote, I was sent an invoice and required to pay up-front. I had to pay for the job in advance. I know. I should have known better. But, I was told they could do the job in just a few days from the time I called, and I was ready to get it done, so I paid it in-full. Part of the reason I chose Just Right was because they could do the job sooner than the other vendor I had contacted, and they had decent reviews. I was told that the job would start at 730a on a Thursday. Great!! However, due to an equipment issue, this was moved to Thursday afternoon. Then, due to continued eqpt issues, it was moved to Friday. Then to Saturday a.m., then Saturday afternoon. All this was fine, and there was decent communication. However, I had made arrangements with our realtor to meet at the house on Sunday afternoon, and I was assured and -reassured- by text that the carpets would be done by Sunday. So, I showed up Sunday afternoon to find the carpets not clean, and the eqpt still in the house. Despite numerous attempts to reach Chase, no contact. No call. No texts. My calls went unanswered. (As a note, from this point on in my "Just Right" experience, there was never another call that was answered and only a few texts.) On Monday, after an unanswered call from me, I rec'd a text that he (Chase) had ended up in ER on Saturday. Ok. I can give some grace here, but still not so much as a text or call to say anything? I live an hour from this house, and Chase was aware of that. I made a trip to meet the realtor to take exterior/interior pics of the home that couldn't happen. Back to Monday - I was told via text that he (Chase) would be at the house -by- 9:30a. That time came and went, nothing. Then, 10:30a, 11:30a, nothing. I had contacted him again (text) because, based on the 9:30a time, I had made arrangements to meet the realtor in the afternoon. Again, I was assured that the carpets would be "clean and dry" by 3p. Then, 12:30p, 1:00p, nothing. Again, I tried to call (no answer). I texted, no response. Finally at 1:30p, Chase showed up at the house. He was there for 30 minutes, then left. I did receive a few texts of the carpets being cleaned before and after. I made the trip to the house that afternoon to meet the realtor and review the job. I will say the carpets were better than before cleaning. The carpets are probably 30 years, so I wasn't expecting miracles, but I'm also not confident they were as good as they could've been. I was told that he would come to vacuum once the carpets were clean, and due to all of the frustrations with this job, he said that he would issue a check for a partial or full refund. As of this writing, I have never rec'd any form of reimbursement, despite being told that he had asked his wife "who does the books for the business" to issue a check. (???) Overall, the frustrations with Just Right were related to the absolute lack of communication when it was needed most and the lack of integrity. I know they were frustrated with various issues, but make or take the calls. That's part of owning a business isn't it? - Face the problem. Be upfront. Be honest. You started out strong, but failed to finish anywhere near strong. I would have rather that they would have called (or answered the calls) and been apologetic and explained what's going on and arranged a new date/time vs giving me dates and times that weren't going to be met (or just ghosting me completely). I set up appointments/meetings, made plans, based upon what I was told. I was told Thursday a.m., then it ended up being Monday afternoon. I was given a promised 9:30a time, then it ended up being 1:30p. I understand that life happens, but all you had to do was communicate. If you say a thing, do that thing. So, my advice to the reader, if you are looking at Just Right for carpet cleaning ... just don't. My experience with Just Right was exhausting and just shy of terrible. What should have been an easy job toward getting our house ready for listing, turned into several days of needless frustration.

We used Just Right to hang Christmas lights for us. They came out and gave us an estimate and we…read morebooked them for an appointment. Here's how it went: 1st appointment was scheduled 11/8: I was contacted by Matthew that due to some supply issues, our appointment would need to be rescheduled for 11/10. That is totally fine, I understand. 2nd appointment on 11/10: I was contacted by a member of their crew that said they did not estimate our tree correctly and would need to be charged another $100. He apologized and said they will make it look nice. Frustrating, but we agreed. They never put the lights up on this date. I contacted them via email to ask when our lights were going up. No response. I called Matthew, and he apologized and stated they were really busy but he could fit me in on 11/23. 3rd appointment 11/23: they showed up and started putting up lights. Our security system caught them trash talking us, our house, how it was set up, the tree was too tall, and the gutter line looked bad. And I quote: "if they don't like it, they can fix it themselves" I paid my invoice and will not be scheduling them next year.
