I went in the store to buy the small cigars and the lady told me that the 2 boxes I bought were the small one. I spent $267.00 But when I got home and opened one box they were the large ones. Which is not what I asked for . So I went back and asked her if I could exchange them. One box was opened. But the other box was not. The lady told no the one box was opened. And that once you the box they are start to go stale. But the other box was not opened So no am not exchanging . I can understand that the box I opened in which I never smoked any of them. But the other was not opened. She then proceeded to tell me to get out of her store ! read more

I called in advance looking for a specific cigar and she outright lied about carrying the cigar I was after, then after wasting my time driving all the way across town, she admitted she didn't carry the cigar I had called about claiming she figured she'd have something compatible, outright deceptively lied to get me into her shop....... read more

Found on Yelp! This is my first review. Brigitte is a delightful lady. This is a small to the point shop with a walk in humidor. A fairly wide selection with good prices. Today I enjoyed a Macanudo that was very fresh. Brigitte was warm and friendly person and elaborated on the Bike night themed show on the street behind her store this evening (Sat.) she equipped me with a nice plastic lined bag, a book of matches, and her card. Normally we visit the downtown Ft Myers location since it's so close, but we had dinner at Two Meatballs next door. The lounge has the same swanky, warm feel (although I am partial to the FM location) and the bartenders were attentive. And Bo enjoyed an IPA, can't go wrong there. 4 stars because I'd consider Ft Myers to be 5, based on cocktail quality & atmosphere! Oh and according to Bo, the cigar selection is VERY nice! Lol

This area is larger with a smoking lounge. With a beer and wine lounge located in the corner just left of the entrance. Huge selection of cigars along with accessories for pipe smokers as well. My regular cigars went up by $3 compared to last year. It's worth the better location easier parking and definitely easier to get in and out onto the main roads unlike the 2nd old location at bonita. I was told the landlord was jacking up the rate without any extra value. The new lounge has plenty of comfortable seating along with larger tv screens bottled beer and wine with a selection of soft drinks as well. I was able to use my cellular service since there are huge windows to the north and west side of the lounge. They have events just like the original. And will eventually have roller events with cigar reps who do promotions. I popped back in to get a few pics of the new location. It's very well organized. This shopping center can be confusing for the first time it's easy to enter from the northernmost side and it's across from Best Buy.
