Normally we visit the downtown Ft Myers location since it's so close, but we had dinner at Two Meatballs next door. The lounge has the same swanky, warm feel (although I am partial to the FM location) and the bartenders were attentive. My espresso martini wasn't my favorite but I did appreciate the "leftover amount" from the shaker on the side - thank you! And Bo enjoyed an IPA, can't go wrong there. 4 stars because I'd consider Ft Myers to be 5, based on cocktail quality & atmosphere! Oh and according to Bo, the cigar selection is VERY nice! Lol

I recognized Chelsea from several other bars I've frequented around town. I've seen her working at multiple establishments, so she was already a familiar face. Unfortunately, her customer service was terrible. She was rude, dismissive, and acted as though ordering a drink was an inconvenience to her. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was her repeatedly sniffing, rubbing, and wiping her nose while working behind the bar. It was distracting and raised serious concerns for me about hygiene and professionalism. It's disappointing because this establishment has a great atmosphere and plenty of potential. I sincerely hope management pays closer attention to how customers are treated and what's happening behind the bar.

However , there is one lady bartender who does not seem to be all that personable or friendly. Definitely the weakest link. She seems to take customers for granted.
