Nice selection of stuff and very friendly staff! Even recommended another store for things I was looking for they didn't have.

In town for a few days and wanted to get some hookah. Found this place on yelp and decided to try as it was close to where I was at the time and the reviews were good. Location - I'm not from the area but seems to be a pretty good area. The shop was easy to find. Parking was good. Service - This is where they lose the most stars for me. Based on conversation it seems to have been a recent management change as one of the young ladies said they just recently took over and they were transitioning with a lot of the product. The overall friendliness was just not there. It felt like I was bothering the staff when I asked questions. Questions were answered but the attitude just seemed off. Product - Seems like they may offer quite a bit of products. I ended up only purchasing Shisha as they didn't really have many Hookahs and the ones they did weren't very impressive. Like I said earlier they are going through some sort of transition so they said they there out a lot of product and we're waiting on new orders. (I actually used the shisha I recently purchased and it was decent. Overall my experience wasn't too great based on the service I received. I wouldn't return on that alone. read more

Love this place!!! Trev is priceless! Hang on to him, for sure. I occasionally work a few doors down at the Art Villa and I always make time to stop in at Marley's! Literally the nicest people ever. When you ask them for recommendations they aren't trying to upsell you, just being the realest ever. Their selection is wide and at least for me pretty inexpensive and they have deals with disposables like buy two and get them for cheaper that sort of stuff. They are definitely my go to smoke shop because they honestly have the best customer service ever and they just got a loyalty program for points which is not that common with smoke shops, so I'm excited to see how the store develops even more. read more

Although they do carry a large variety of items I specifically went there for OPMS gold kraytom and I found their prices were way higher than other places in the Cape, I asked why it was so much more expensive and I was told because they're the only ones in the Cape with it however Santa tobacco has the exact same thing for $10 cheaper per pack so my advice is to shop around and don't take people's word for fact! A five pack of gold OPMS there is $50 at Santa tobacco it's 39 big difference!!! read more

Broke my piece at 9:30 on a Sunday, didn't think I'd be able to salvage my night until I saw there was actually a place in town open that late. When I got there I was greeted by a very knowledgable and friendly staff as well as an enormous selection. I saw that the same piece I paid $140 at Lotus was $90 here. Because of this I was able to upgrade to a much nicer piece for the $140 I planned on budgeting. They offered me a coupon for being a first time customer and were flexible enough to work with my budget and needs. They also have a large hookah, incense, and e-cigarette inventory, but what struck me the most were the awesome people that work there, they have made customers for life out of me and my boyfriend! read more
