Lee is super! She did great on my hair... when explained what cut i like, she did it! I found my salon finally. Been going to different salons already, until i tried Lee's magic touch... place is clean... big parking area. It's by appointment only, which is good, to limit the people inside the salon. It's my first time to visit their new location at Montebello, CA and I love the ambiance of their new spa. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I tried their signature's head spa which they assess my scalp so they can do the right treatment for my dry scalp and hair fall problem. I found Lee on yelp searching for a reasonably priced haircut, with an Asian stylist that knows Asian hair... Lee did a beautiful cut the 2x now I've seen her, and for $35 for a Womens cut! That is UNHEARD OF in the city! Run don't walk!!! She is super sweet and takes her time to perfect your style. You can tell the clientele are regulars and love her dearly! Lee is a great hair stylist, she takes her time and doesn't rush when she's working on your hair. I've been coming here for a few years now and I've stuck with her. She's very good at what she does and makes sure you are happy with the outcome of your hair. I've come here for cuts and balayage and she offers affordable prices. $200 for balayage and $50 for olaplex treatment. She also sells olaplex to take home for $28 each (I got 4) She takes appointments only, no walk ins. Parking lot beneath and I've heard her say if there's no parking, there are 3 spots in the McDonald's lot that have signs connecting to the salon's parking lot. read more

Extremely well prepared Salon- Felt incredibly safe. Temperature checks and hand sanitizer at the door. I was greeted by Lee who was wearing both a mask and a face shield and each individual station was separated by plastic for customer safety. I also saw very thorough sanitizing of the stations between clients. And the door stays open for ventilation. Yes! I had been pretty nervous at the idea of going to a salon because it's been ages but I felt 100% better once I visited Lee and saw all of her precautions. I was scared about permanently straightening my hair for the first time since I've heard it damaged your hair a lot, but honestly, my hair has never looked healthier than before! From each stroke of her brush to the washing and rinsing of your hair, you will feel like you're in a spa. Also, shes only taking appointments so call her over the phone and book one! Incredible little find! After moving from SF, where the average (and even horrible) haircut costs at least $100 before tip, this place was a godsend. I think the entire wash, cut, and dry was less than $30? And I honestly, from the bottom of my heart, will tell you that it was better than some of the "professional" $130+ haircuts I've had in salons in SF. This lady is just incredible. Going to be totally honest. I yelped "cheap haircuts" and this salon showed up. At first I was very skeptical. I usually get my hair cut in Koreatown , but I did not want to pay an arm and a leg for a cut. This salon is located in a small plaza across from LACC & Mc Donalds. Free two hour parking. It is located on the second floor. From the outside appearance it really does not seem like much, but once walking in its a whole different story. The salon only has two ladies working, Lee (my stylist) and another older lady. I was early for my appointment and while waiting I could clearly tell that they were very busy (which is a good sign!!) I showed Lee a picture of how I wanted my cut, we discussed it and then she washed my hair. While cutting my hair she was constantly making sure it wasn't too short. Before finalizing my hair cut we did a quick length check to make sure. And FYI, I seriously LOVE my hair cut. I have never felt such warm hospitality at a hair salon before. Every time I go to get my hair cut in K-Town I honestly get such cold vibes from everyone working at the establishment. But at Lee's I felt such genuine warmth and kindness. The whole time we were chatting about random things and laughing constantly. She really loves what she does and you can see that love/passion in her face and smile :o) I am glad to say that I have found a new salon and whats even better is the price. I paid 25$ for my cut (not including tip). She does color starting at 60$. Highly recommend making an appointment because she is always booked! Experienced it first hand :P read more

Yehey finally lee looks like she is all situated and rocking in her new salon. She is doing all the service but she is able to manage her time without letting her customers wait. Amazing!! Multi tasking it is.her place looks organize and clean. What's really a good thing about this place is her happy mood all the time despite of being so busy. Hahaha. She has a green thumb and good taste. She is a genius with hair.(hair guru). She can make you pretty in different angle and different style:) eventhough you can't make an appointment, she makes sure she accommodates you. Lee knows all her customers names.lol. I've always had bad experience having Brazilian blowout especially from Marlou Colinas' I paid $300 for nothing! but lee has always been convincing me to try hers ,after 2 weeks I booked she even opened 2 hrs early because I had to go to school.
