He offered to pay for the damages caused to my Gutter Helmet. This was replaced on 1/29/20 at the cost of $300. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.

Contacted Millstream, they came and put up mess gutter guards on the house, I asked it they could also do my garage, (I never had gutter guards on the garage) they told me it would cost $500, they tech, Troy, came and did the work, he told me he ran out of pieces and I would need a half a box, I told him if I am paying for an entire box, to leave the remainder at my house. I just go the bill for $500, for a full box! When I called the office, Paula told me they gave him the 13 pieces he needed, so I asked why I was charged $500 for a full box, she had no answer. Lansing carries these mesh Gutter Guards, $350 per box. Also, when you get a new roof, the roofer is supposed to leave remaining roof shingles with you, Millstream did not do that either. Will never recommend this company.

He was very pleasant and took the time to talk about how and why he would do the repaving and I agreed to all of his terms. He told me he had a few jobs in front of mine and that it would probably be a month before he could start. I called him at the end of June to see when he would start and he told me he was behind because he hurt his hand and that the rainy weather delayed him further. I called him again on the 3rd week of July and he told me his new paving machine had broken down and that he had a big job at a bus company. He promised me he would get to my job in September. I told him I would call at the end of August to get an estimated date. My wife called him the last week of August and he told her he didn't know when he could start because he had a big job at a bus company. It must have been big because he told me that 4 weeks earlier. I called him on the first week of September. We exchanged hellos and pleasantries but when I asked him where my job was on his list, he hung up the phone. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was a dropped call, I called his number several time over the next couple of days and he never answered. Rob Marini is a poor businessman when it comes to customer relations. In fact, he's a coward. Why didn't he just tell me up front that my small 1010 FT2 driveway wasn't enough of a moneymaker for him? Beware of Marini Paving from Watertown!

I received quotes from several of the companies that were on the list however I knew shortly after talking to Jeremy that I would be contracting with Sensible Home Products on my job. I felt that I could trust Jeremy with my home immediately and throughout the months of working with him he has maintained that position. Jeremy is very responsive, communicative, and leads a phenomenal team. At every step, Sensible Home Products impressed me with the care, precision, and result of their work. This job, which is a once in a lifetime investment in my home, included the removal of aluminum siding, installation of new vinyl siding, replacement of windows throughout my home, installation of new gutters, beautification of existing steps and installation of a new walkway with bluestone and pavers. While every single employee that I interacted with from Sensible Home Products was professional and did their job well, I must make a special call out to Victor and Alec who single handedly stripped my house of its old siding, wrapped my house in insulation, and installed the new siding. In addition to my surprise, Victor custom made all the trim around my windows and doors. That level of precision and care is highly unusual in the home improvement space considering that I see other companies install siding on neighbors' homes in just a few days. After going through this process, I now spot poorly installed siding everywhere. Victor and Alec took their time, did not cut any corners, and treated my home as their own.
