We had a very disappointing experience with All Smiles Moving…read more My mother-in-law booked them based on an estimate provided ahead of time (03/26/26) and paid a deposit. However, on the day of the move (04/09/26), they presented a new estimate that was higher than what was originally agreed to. Before the movers even arrived, my husband had already done a significant amount of the work himself, he moved all the boxes into the garage and disconnected the washer and dryer. The only items left in the home were the large furniture pieces. When the two movers arrived, they even commented that this was going to be an "easy move" because of how much had already been done. We were told a crew of 3 movers would be handling the job, but only 2 showed up for most of the move. A third mover didn't arrive until the last couple of hours to help with the unloading. Because of this, the move took longer than it should have and since they charge hourly, that directly increased the total cost. This seems like normal practice for them, a bait and switch. They also spent an excessive amount of time (about an hour) just wrapping furniture, which again added to the bill. At the end, the total came out to nearly $1,000 significantly more than expected. On top of that, we received inconsistent paperwork with different versions of the agreement, which makes the charges even more questionable. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and misleading. Despite the amount of prep work done ahead of time, the job still took longer and cost more than it should have. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend getting everything clearly locked in writing and confirming crew size before the move starts. Unfortunately, we would not use them again.

These guys were so helpful and great! I needed a last minute move of a piano and was able to set…read moresomething up very quickly and have them show up that same week. All 4 people who showed up were extremely courteous, well mannered and respectful of each other, myself, my grandparents, my home, and the piano. They took such great care moving something so special. Safety was of the upmost priority and they took care to make sure the piano was well padded and set so that it wouldn't get damaged in the short drive. I was a little taken aback by the price tag of $250 to move a piano a short distance, but by the end, it was the best $250 I could have spent. I had zero worries, even in the rain. These guys are also very strong- my grandparents and I were amazed by their strength and ability to move the piano so fluidly and safely and knew a special heirloom was in safe and capable hands.

I live in an apartment complex that is undergoing renovations. While our apartments are being…read moreremodeled, we, the tenants are being placed in hospitality apartments and then back once our apartments are done. I watched as neighbors before me were moved. Their belongings being carelessly tossed from one man upstairs to another downstairs. I spent a month meticulously packing my belongings. reinforcing boxes that were heavy or contained fragile items. I marked every box with the room it came from, the place in that room the contents came from and listed important items. Boxes containing fragile items were marked FRAGILE on 5 sides. No way they could miss that. I was so nervous the day of the move because a neighbor who had already moved told me to super wrap my fragiles because "they aren't gentle". I went to the hospitality apartment to take over a few things that I wanted to be sure where they were and that they weren't damaged. When I got there, the furnace was running and wouldn't shut off, and it was danged hot. So I opened the windows and went back to my regular apartment. Once again, the items were tossed from one man upstairs to another downstairs. One of them asked me where my husband is? I told him I don't have one of those. I don't even understand why it's his business. I told them that my cats are in carriers in the bathroom of the hospitality apartment and not to go in there, the cats were already freaked. I went in twice and found the bathroom door open with them hooting and hollering and acting like complete maniacs. One of those times, I found a cell phone charging in the bathroom. Why couldn't they have used a kitchen outlet and why is it ok for them to do it in the first place, without even asking? One guy points at another and says, "He's looking for a cat." I said, "Well he can't have any of mine, but I'll keep an eye out for one for him." The guy who's looking says, "I want a kitten." I said I'd keep an eye out, because people have a hard time finding homes for kittens. He said, "I like to eat them."!!! Really? Are these guys professionals in the least? At one point, I saw mud on the back cushions of my love seat and said, "Oh no! What happened?" One of them said, "It's just wet." It was not just wet. I ran my finger across it and it was mud! I had to walk away. I couldn't even watch while they mishandled my belongings, carrying on like they're at a ball game or something. So when it was all done, I went into the hospitality apartment to find a disaster. They'd put the majority of my things in the living and dining rooms. The living room was packed with boxes stacked and 4 deep in front of the window. As I'd said earlier, the window was open and it was now evening and cold in the apartment. I spent 4 hours, til midnight, moving boxes so I could finally get that window shut. There were boxes marked fragile with heavy boxes on top and collapsing. One fragile box barely had one corner on the top corner of my little fridge. One side leaning on my mops and brooms and the other side with a lamp leaning on it and a heavy box against that. The door to my entertainment center was broken at both the top and bottom hinges and I found one hinge on the porch. The other is missing. My rotisserie was carelessly thrown on a pile of things with the door open and contents spilling out, the top completely gone. My mattress wasn't wrapped, like they had with the other tenants, There was mud down the side of my bug cover, which I have babied since my mom gave it to me, I doubt it would keep any bugs out now. My bed wasn't set up, as other neighbor's were. AND there's a long scrape across the top of the foot board. The neighbor's welcome mat was in my belongings. And she has a metal bed frame outside her door. She asked if it's mine. It's not. She says the movers brought it in with her belongings. When she asked who it belongs to, one guy said, "I don't know, keep it." So someone is missing a bed frame. One neighbor has never been able to find his broom, mop and dentures. When they moved him back to his remodeled apartment, they delivered his dresser upside down. And his bed was missing. I called the office and reported that. They said they refused to move it because it was too dirty. Really? They had no issues with taking it to his hospitality apartment in the first place. So we had to find someone with a truck to get his bed for him. I honestly wish I could post the pics here of all the negligence and damage. I'm not even going to look in all those boxes til I get moved back to my remodeled apartment. I'm afraid to look and a lot of the neighbors have said the same. 5 days after they mangled my things, they were back, moving someone else back to their remodeled apartment. As I listened to them carrying on outside, I cried. And I realized that I feel so very violated. Most of my neighbors feel the same way.
