At the end of the day we got an answer: we could not deliver today and need to reschedule. We'll make it a priority. 7/7/22 Today they attempted the 3rd delivery. We warned the schedulers several times that we have a narrow driveway and stairs to bring the heavy table down. This information was never passed to movers. When we tried to speak to the movers one of them screamed and swore at us: "I am getting f** mad, f** you. We'll leave the cargo next to the garage!". This is supposed to be a "White glove delivery". I would never send anything with this company anywhere!

They did not contact me before my move as discussed, didn't hear from them the day of, finally get hold of someone who makes up a long story that their biz has been frozen bc of an inspection (sketchy to begin with). So they finally tell me the shipper is not showing up ON THE DAY OF MY MOVE! They came 3 days later. Now, on the other side, it is now PAST MY DELIVERY DATE and I have received NO correspondence or follow up. Who knows where all my stuff is?! I tried to save some money as this was one of the lower quotes but as other reviews state, the total almost doubled at the time of pickup. SAVE YOURSELF THIS HEADACHE!

They work hard, they're conscientious. They have a good attitude and I didn't hear one complaint the entire time. They're young so you might want to pay attention to a couple of the details with them, but really an honest bunch of guys doing an honest job in a really straightforward, clean-cut manner. There was a bit of a snafu with their arrival time but when they arrived, they got immediately to work. They loaded and boxed and wrapped furniture, along with packing the big things I couldn't. They were loaded by lunch time, took a lunch break and arrived at my new location ready to go. The second location had steps and they all took turns getting things upstairs. They placed a big cabinet inside the very large closet of one bedroom, which was a great idea and took up less floor space in the bedroom. They were done about 4 hours later. Through the whole process, everyone was cheerful, hard working and thorough. If I ever have to move again, and I pray that I won't, I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

They showed up early and were already backed up to my gate with the Uboxes open and ready to start loading. They scheduled my move for two hours and finished in one hour! They carefully wrapped all of my furniture in moving blankets and packed my stuff into the boxes so that the next movers, who will be moving me into my new apartment in a new city, won't have any issues.
