He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We got 3 quotes and, even though, Bob was about $100 higher than the others, we felt most comfortable with him and his presentation. The shop is about 2 weeks out but we got a call a few days later and Bob wanted to know how the weather was at our house. We had blue skies so they asked if they could do our gutters. Definitely! They had a job scheduled but there was rain there. They arrived, set up and started making the custom seamless gutters. It was amazing to see. They make it the entire length they need so there are no seams for leaks. They finished the job in one day. The gutters look great, too. We only had a spot where water got through behind the gutter. Delfino came out and fixed it quickly. We have such heavy rains getting close to 4 inches one day so gutters are essential to keep the ground around the house dry. These gutters did the trick. I recommend and definitely would have Gutter Solutions do another job we needed. They are professional, fast and good!

They sent 2 guys to do the job...one did not speak English and the other barely spoke it, so communicating with them was extremely difficult. They installed 3 boards that looked like they purchased them from Home Depot and wrapped them in plastic. The boards were one and a half inches thick by 8 inches wide and 12 foot long. When we tried to put the boat on the lift the structure collapsed. We called the foreman and he came out to see the crappy job that was performed. Said the wrong boards and clamps were used. This fiasco took 8 hours to complete. The worse part of this experience was that we NEVER even got a call that evening or the next day from them to see how the job turned out. But we did get an email to let us know that our credit card was charged $1650.00

Of course excuses were given that you would expect about "taking time to ensure the project is quoted properly, that's why we take so long, etc, etc", but it boils down to not being organized and/or experienced enough to run the business efficiently and effectively.
