Boutique shoe store with clothing options. They get shoes that are often sold out on the apps. On this particular day, we came to enter the raffle for Jordans 1s Chicago Lost & Founds. Really neat how if you donated cold weather clothes you were entered into raffle for free pair. They also had raffle to buy coveted pair of shoes. They had some shoes out but I have a feeling they have more in back, maybe for security purposes. Nice shop and was glad to donate clothing for a good cause. Cool spot over in Bucktown that I didn't even know existed until recently. I ran into someone that had on a new pair of Nike's that sold out online and most stores and I asked her where she got them from and she mentioned RSVP. She happened to work there and told me she will look the shoe up from her phone and she mentioned that I could go up there and grab them as there was 1 pair left in my size. I went up there and grabbed them as well as looked around the store. They have a nice shoe selection considering the size of the store. I walked in one of the employees said "whats up, if you need anything let me know"... I just browsed like 20 minutes without anyone saying another word to me. Which is exactly what I wanted...Checked out some over priced pieces..Then asked for a Knicks JustDon hat... They were sold out, so I settled for a Nets JustDon hat and a RSVP Tee. Unless you're dropping ten racks plus, or happen to bump into Yeezus dont expect an memorable experience out of this shop. I was just happy to see the shop in person after seeing it in so many Tumblr post. The American flag from "Otis" is there which is kinda cool. This small shop has so much to offer its ridiculous! RSVP deserves a gold star on top of the 5 star rating. First off, it's location is on Damen ave right off the 606 trail. Convenient for locals and visitors because you get that boutique shopping experience down the Ave. and you also get to walk the trail killing two birds with one stone. The shop is in the basement/ ground level of a building, be careful not miss it. As soon as you walk in the first set of doors you can hear the music, and it's not that played out radio music either. The layout is straight forward and aesthetically pleasing (Note that you are not allowed to snap pictures). The shop has a huge selection of products but only display a few, which makes sense or else it would look cluttered. I always look online first and screen shot the items I want to purchase to show the staff. They are always so helpful, friendly, and not pushy ( major points!). Unlike major stores like Barneys and saks where they hover over you or push expensive (ugly) products at you, RSVP staff is honest and highly knowledgeable. They offer suggestions if you're looking for gifts or for yourself. I'll continue to come back here anytime I feel like splurging or if I want their cozy house brand. read more

It definitely has an urban street wear appeal and unless you're familiar with the brands and are down to drop hella bills, this spot isnt for you. This is like the Barneys of streetwear clothing lol. They carry BAPE, off white, apc and other cool shit you know. Bape is what really brought me here but the rsvp brand has really cool tee's of their own also. Was super excited to check out the space. I walked in and it looks great; however, to be very honest, the staff was NOT friendly at all. I first started shopping here because they were the only store other than St. Alfred that carried Original Fake in Chicago, since then they've expanded quite a bit. I'm not a fan of their whole roster because it seems to cater more to hypebeasts (overly urban trendy folks) than anyone else. Nevertheless, I still like to check out some of the Medicom stuff and Rizzoli books they have in store from time to time. Also, if you're into art and anime they have some autographed rare Murakami prints in there. Of coure they're really expensive, but they're still cool to see if you're into that kind of stuff. As far as staffing goes, they're knowlegable and seem pretty chill to me. I'll probably converse more next time I'm in town and stop by the store. read more

Came here during their normal business hours, they had a big line of people waiting outside for some off white release. Idc about that I just wanted to shop, which apparently I was unable to do? The people at the front of the line told me to f* off and PHYSICALLY removed me from near the door, not caring that I had said I'm not there for their release and just want to shop?? Apparently the doors were locked. No employees to be seen anywhere managing this large line+no signs to let normal customers know the store was closed. I was verbally harassed +sworn at leaving. Absolutely embarrassing for me, and an embarrassment of a store. Used to come here when I was in the area prior to this, but I haven't returned since. read more

horrible at running a business. i ordered something, they took my money and never sent me an update. not for ten days. starting to worry, because the charge went through and the money was deducted--i emailed them. they didn't email me directly back, but instead finally emailed me requesting a picture of my ID and cc used, sans the first 12 digits. EXCUSE me? I already agreed to this long arse agreement, and instead of shipping to my place of work, as I do with all my other online shopping, I agreed to ship it to the billing address. Apparently because they have experienced fraud they now require that ID and CC as a precaution..well, why not request it right after CHARGING my cc? And seeing that the charge went through and stuck..why is it only when I emailed them, that they bothered to tell me they need the picture of my ID and CC before they'd ship out?? Does that mean if I never contacted them, that they'd never tell me that, and that I'd never get my stuff shipped but they STILL were holding my money? I mean it is a couple hundred here.. Tip for you, seeing as how I worked retail before and know about chargebacks, if you limit your customer to having the addresses match (billing and shipping) and you take their cc# and the code on the back..you're pretty much covered as long as you ship with confirmation, prefer sig one, if there is an attempt to do a charge back..per VISA and MC, they don't even need those to match, only AMEX. It is bad practice to ask for someone to give something as personal as a picture of ID and CC--10 days after having already charged their card, and ONLY when that client reached out first. again, do not know how to run a business. read more

I've been here a few times now (with/for my fiance), and everyone has always been nice and helpful. They have a lot of merchandise that is not set out, so definitely ask what they have in the back. This is a boutique, so it's great if you're looking for unique items. The few times I've gone, we've also been able to get great discounts on items that aren't necessarily marked as being on sale. RSVP Gallery in Wicker Park is a great place to find a variety of brands that are not to common in Chicago to obtain. Such brands like Just Don luxury python snap backs to Pierre Balmain, Givenchy, Raf Simmons, Nike, A BathingApe, Off White etc if you are into luxury goods this is the place you want to visit. And the staff there are very knowledgeable and also fashionable cool looking bunch. First, let me say RSVP Gallery is not a gallery. Despite the name this is your "run of the mill" retail store - not a gallery, got it? Lets move on. I was trying to find a present for my 18 year old nephew who is is art school but I really felt that 99% of the items this store carried were uninspiring: a bones and skull necklace for $200+ that looks like it should be part of a Halloween costume, expensive rings that say "POW" (boring), and Murakami flower pillows that are better suited for a fun-house. Unfortunately this store is doing nothing new, nothing exciting, and definitely not starting any new trends, but rather just following the trends that already exist. I had heard some good stuff about the store from friends and felt really let down when I visited - the staff had low energy, the the neon lights on the ceiling were a nuisance, the store had no art of value, and again the lack of originality and "freshness" was disappointing. He's a nice guy knows everything about chicago were to go to shop and eat. Talk to him if your looking for aplace to go. He knows his fashion. Everything from Streetwear to Upscale to stuff people only know in japan. One of the few retailers of Ambush Jewelry in the U.S. Very cool shop. carrys alot of exclusive brands. also carrys bbc ice cream like leaders. Commes Des Garcon is another big one. They also started a inhouse brand that is decent. Also carry original fake. A good store to go to. The display is amazing. Worth the visit just to look at. I recently contacted the store manager Easy about a mix up in shirts that was sent out to me. This manager customers service was HORRIBLE! He never responded to my emails, after being ignored I posted on a post on instagram and I was told they would look into it. This Easy manager guy failed to provide me with information he was rude through emails, he had a level of arrogance that was shocking for me to be a consumer of his store. When I requested that they send out my shirt they told me I needed to send the other shirt back, fine! I requested that they send me a shipping label or refund me the money back to pay for shipping. Easy refused to do both! Why do I have to pay for a mistake this company made. I asked to cancel my order, this is when the arrogance came out no apologies just rude remarks about how it will sell in a matter of minutes any ways...shocked yea I was too!
