The owner is named Jeff he's super laid back and a reminders me of a OH (original hipster- just made that up but as a gift to you I will let you use it-Your Welcome) not that new age hipsters that are taking over Brooklyn faster then that mice on a NYC subway station. This shop has all your favorite music that has inspired the vast majority if not all of the current music your hearing today. Jeff opened this store over 30 years ago and is a music genius himself. This shop is packed floor to ceiling with very cool Atracks, Vinyls, Tape Cassettes, CDs of all oldie but goodies. Music is a passion for some people and you can feel that this store is filled with not just music items but packed with Love. You can see that like this name of this shop music is in Jeff's DNA I'm not a music person. I love music but hated my grade school musical teacher so that were I being to dislike music. I respect people who do have musical talents as I don't have any. It's a cool great place to come and get inspired. I'm sure if your a music person Jeff will gladly talk about all that.

All books are from 2015 or later, no paradise for resellers looking for antiques, plus for used they're already marked up compared to other places I have been including library sales. Went to check this out as it is the largest used bookstore in the state but am unlikely to return due to the distance from home. If I lived in the area I would go back. My go to for books is the library but I was buying for two other people, one who lacks transportation and one who has mobility issues. They also buy books.

I'm a CD guy so I took note of the fact that most used CDs ran from $6 - $8, with a few out of print ones or imports going for $10+. Plenty of CD box sets to choose from as well. I didn't notice any other music mediums (cassettes, 8 tracks, etc) but perhaps they were hidden somewhere that I missed. As for the store itself, the place is outfitted floor to ceiling with music so while one might be waiting in line or looking for the next place to wander the eyes will inevitably find something music-based to look at. The two older men working there (one whose name was Paul, didn't catch the other) were very friendly and talkative.
