They said it was dried out. Months later, their tech came to do routine required maintenance. Then the system then LEAKED AGAIN. We were told it was due to problems with the installation. They said everything was fixed. Water damaged areas were supposedly remediated. Inside of the attic crawl space, inside our walls and the back of our closet built-ins (below the leak from the system) grew TONS OF BLACK MOLD. We paid tens of thousands to fix this. Our family has had many expensive medical bills to test for and treat our ongoing medical issues from the mold exposure. For MONTHS AND MONTHS we asked the company about installing filters in our system. They took our deposit for very expensive filters. We had NUMEROUS appointments to install the filters where they NO SHOWED. I have called them SO MANY TIMES to ask to reschedule. Finally I gave up and asked for my deposit to be returned. They acknowledged several times that they will return the deposit. I have called, texted and emailed DOZENS of times and they have still not returned the deposit. A new employee told me that they don't have the money to return my deposit. They offered to give us free services to cover the deposit. I said they already no showed so many appointments that I'd rather save my time and have my money returned. They said they don't know when they can pay it. Months later, I still haven't received my deposit back despite many many more requests. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. STAY AWAY!!!!

(Without turning on the AC to confirm). I turned on the AC, waited for a few minutes. Told him the cold air feels weaker, he said that I should wait because it would take awhile for the AC to cool. Still not convince that it is fix, so I told him that. Yes, it is blowing cool air but it just doesn't feel the same. I work from home even before the pandemic, so I know how cold the AC was when I set it to 78 or 80 degrees. After telling him that I'm not convince he then told me that the air won't get any cooler than this, he is an expert, he also trains new technicians, he got years of experience etc etc.. (I stopped listening to his credentials). He also told me the part that he replaced is no longer working that's why I stopped getting cool air, what the part does etc etc.. My anxiety level just suddenly went up. So I just accepted his words. Worst case scenario, if the issue is not fix, I can call the home warranty again. Soo.. it happened. AC stopped blowing cold air again. This time it happened only after I had the AC running for couple hours. After I turned it off and waited for sometime, the cool air is back when I turned it back on. Also, I had to set the air to 75 degrees to feel comfortable. Called the home warranty and asked for a different AC company. The other AC company came and fixed the issue. tl;dr IT Heating & Cooling didn't fix the issue, I had to call home warranty to dispatch a different AC company. Now it's fixed.

Skyler,…read morethe owner, and youngest Mayor in the history of Malibu is a true gentleman and really cares about the work his company does and his customers. When you live in an ESHA and fire area it is important to have the best electrical company to ensure everything is done right! We even had one of Peak's electricians out to re-do a job done by another local electrician, before we got the property, that didn't look right. Good thing we did because when he opened the box behind the light switch, the back of the box was missing and the wires were unwrapped! I called because I had noticed it making a little spark when you turned the light off and it was dark you could catch the spark in an instant. It didn't feel right to so I called and Skyler sent one of his guys out immediately and they fixed it. A little thing like that can cause problems and we want things done right. Skyler stood there with me for hours installing a crystal chandelier with 1 million little crystals on it that nobody else would have kindly taken the time and patience to do and he did it! He fixed the lights in our garden where the conduit wasn't laid properly and he had to go and re lay all of that and run the wires through it because we have sprinklers and that would've been dangerous. The list just goes on and we have a long-standing relationship and experience with them to know that they can be trusted and we know how important that is around here especially. The photo isn't actually the chandelier Skyler installed! It's an old Waterford like from my parent's home that I thought was a fun representation!
