Made appt on Friday 1/22 for 12 noon on 1/25. Was promised an estimate on 1/22. I had to send a reminder on 1/24 for my estimate. Received over priced estimate on 1/25 along with 3 text reminders for a 12 noon appt. 11 am, 1/25 I got a phone call asking if I got my estimate and confirming appt for 12 noon. At 12 noon, 1/25 I got a call with excuses why they would be one to 2 hours late. I agreed to new appt at 1ish. 1205 on 1/25 I get a long text msg stating how busy they are and how hard it is to keep appts and how short handed they are and it went on to suggest I find another company. RP T showed a lack of customer service, displayed the "I don't need the customer, the customer needs me attitude" and an overall lack of experience with customers. I DO NOT recommend this company due to their lack of common decency and common courtesy.

I went against my better judgement and gave them a try. They were able to get me in the same day...that should have been a clue. When I picked up my car I was told some bubbles would be expected for a couple of days. 2 days later I had large bubbles on my windshield and many bubbles over the rest of my windows. I've had many windows tinted by Ron's Window Tinting in the past and have never experienced this. When I called Julio the owner, he was arrogant and very argumentative. He told me bubbles on tinting is a "norm" and that I had "unrealistic expectations." Since when are bubbles on tinting acceptable? So then we take the car back and he is unapologetic but says," this is not supposed to happen" and to bring the car back on Wednesday so they can fix it. I was very clear and upfront telling him that I require no bubbles on my windows and if he can't do that to please not mess with my car. He assured me it would look really good and that he would speak to the tint representative for feedback. When I took my car back for the repair he said that " high-end cars are difficult" and the tint representative had told him he had used the wrong solution on my car. When I left my car I told him to take as many days needed to be able to do a good job. I left it on a Wednesday and picked it up Saturday morning. They re-did the whole car. When we came to pick it up the windshield and back window still had bubbles and the Corvette symbols on the back window were only partially visible. The back window also had scratches in the tint. The employee told me that it was impossible to get the window any better and that they did a "vertical install" so the Corvette symbols would not all be visible. When I asked to speak to Julio, the owner, he told me he wasn't available. I immediately went to Ron's Window Tinting for advice and correction. Ron confidently told me he could repair my windows and also noticed Julio forgot to tint one of my windows. When I brought this to Julio's attention he told me that they had forgotten to tint the window and once again that I had unrealistic expectations. I asked for a partial refund for the forgotten window and a redo of the back window and he said he doesn't give refunds. Ron's Window Tinting left my car flawless! I urge you not to use this company and if you do you better prepare yourself for a big disappointment. If you have used them in the past go out and take a good look at your windows you most likely will have bubbles. If you want to deal with mediocre tinting and a bad attitude use RPTINTING. If you want high-end quality work go to Ron's Window Tinting on Kettleman Lane, Lodi. To view my car getting repaired, visit Ron's Window Tinting on Instagram.

Anyone who is contemplating whether a Clear Bra is worth the money and/or will really protect their car.... Check this out! My Tesla was hit by a door in a parking lot. The door scraped my car, but only through the Clear Bra! Paint is still completely in tact. I can't even imagine how bad the damage would have been if it hadn't been on there!! Will I have to replace that panel of Clear Bra? Yeah. But it's way cheaper than repainting!! Best decision ever!! Thank You RPTINTING!! door

Found my wrap guy! Had a key scratch from front to back on Matte Black. A friend mentioned RP and I can see why! The car came wrapped from the dealership, but you can tell immediately that Julio uses better material, and knows what he's doing. I'm really impressed that he knows his limitations and has a certified auto body technician available for disassembly. That's a big deal! He found some mistakes made by the previous installer that I would've never known. The difference is night and day. I'll be back to eventually re-wrap the rest of it for sure. The tint work was awesome too...got the front windows done and they're exactly what I wanted, and the heat shield windshield tint is a perfect touch. A1 service! He's gonna need a bigger place if he keeps up the good work, that's for sure!

These guys were EXCELLENT! They drove all the way out from Tracy morning traffic. Made their way here and finished the job in an hour or so. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. They did a great job! Glad I'm the first to review but I know I won't be the last!

Julio and the whole RPTINTING team work on my Model X. They did the driver and passenger tint and clear bra. I shopped around from Stockton, Modesto and even Elk Grove. I took my time researching and I found that with the products they use and the price point they offered RPTINTING won my business. Julio and his staff are professional and took the time to do the work right. I hate having to deal with people that over promise and under deliver. For what I paid for and what was installed to me it was a no brainer. I've worked hard for my ride and I would hate to see it damaged or scratched up, when I have the chance to protect it. Thanks again to the crew at RPTINTING

Don't go here, I took my New Tesla Model 3 here for window tint, and ended up leaving with paint scuffs and waters marks all over my car and Mirrors,I also had tears and scuffs on my door panels, I'm assuming from when they were in the car installing rear window tint. I reached out to them about the issues and they were quick to deny everything and not offer any solutions or compensation. They act professional until it comes down to taking ownership of their mistakes.

What a great place! The customer service is fantastic. My man first brought our truck in on 9/6/17 to get tint done after finding him on Facebook and the truck came out fantastic. So when we bought a new car it was a NO BRAINER to bring that car here as well. We set an appointment for 9/9/17 and they got us right in. It took about 1.5 hrs to complete which isn't bad at all. The car came out absolutely AMAZING. We will definitely bring all of our cars here. Highly recommended.

Sorry for my bad english. First of all i wanna say thank you to Julio and his crew who work to my car that day. I drove all the way down to lodi california from sacramento. I'm really excited to go to their tinting shop because i've been following their instagram since they created that account. I've been seeing so many good reviews about it and i was like, I wanna bring my car here since my car still doesn't have tint. So drove all the way down there and When i got there Julio told me that it will take 3-4 hours till my car ready because they are so busy. But since i can't do anything and they have couches there and he was like, They can do it 1 and half hour to finish it. I was like sure! Ima just wait because i drove far far away just to get it. And yes after that. This is the result!! So i recommend this shop not just because they are so cool and have good service or etc. But they done pretty amazing to my car! 5 stars for Julio and his crew and this tint too.

This is probably one of the best places that I had found for window tinting in my area. My boyfriend had bought a brand new car yesterday, so we were searching for a good tinting place and luckily we came across this one! The owner Julio was very helpful and friendly to us. He took his time and did good quality work, even staying after hours til 8pm. Easy to get in just call ahead. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing customer and quality service! I requested a quote on yelp and Julio right away responded and got me in the next day. Upon arrival he demonstrated the different kinds of tint and even helped me pick out what looked best for my car. They were so fast. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to get a professional tint job.
