This place is a great, honest, family owned business. Won't take my truck anywhere else.

I allowed them to do so which cost me $1200. A few days after picking up my car from Northtown auto clinic I was driving it and noticed the oil light flash on, I pulled over and checked my dipstick... there was no oil left to my car at all. I brought it to the Ford dealership to see what was really going on with it and they said that Northtown auto clinic installed the crankshaft pulley incorrectly, that they forgot to install a "diamond washer" that was a very necessary part of the crankshaft pulley, which caused a timing chain issue and a crack in the valve cover which then at Ford cost me $3800. I called Northtown to complain, all they would give me was a phone number for a warranty company, when I call the number they tell me that the warranty doesn't apply to negligent installations. Safe to say these guys have no clue what they're doing and if it's not just a basic oil change.. I would bring your car ANYWHERE else. A $400 maintenance appointment turned into $6800 of debt. I'm extremely luckily I noticed the oil issue otherwise Northtown auto clinic would have completely ruined my engine and would not cared in the slightest

Do not come here if you're a woman and are unfamiliar with mechanical issues, you will be ripped…read moreoff and stolen from!!! I paid about $770 for two break pads, two rotors that didn't need to be replaced but was forced into because they refused to replace break pads if I didn't because "they don't service break pads alone", and one caliper to be replaced. The caliper itself cost $350 for them to provide and put a "newly refurbished caliper" on my car. I trusted that they would do the work they charged me for only to realize two days later, they had put the exact same caliper that was already on my car back on my car. When I took my car back in when I got the time to do so, I was told that the caliper got rusty due to the weather two days after they put a brand new one on and it was my fault. A brand new caliper doesn't get rusty and need to be replaced two days after being put on. My other calipers that's been on my car for YEARS isn't rusty nor in bad shape or in need of immediate repair like the "newly refurbished caliper" they put on my car. When I asked if they could replace it since I had a warranty and realized it was the exact same caliper that was already on my car or at minimum in the exact same condition, they refused because they claimed it was my fault, the fault of other unrelated work that needs to be done on my car that they want money for, and the hot weather's fault that it needed to be replaced after only two days of their work. They're predatory, misogynistic, dishonorable, racist, demonic, narcissists! If that sounds like the service you're seeking, come here! *Image of the same rusty caliper below & proof that I paid for it to be replaced. I was also told I had to pay for break bleeding, the fluid, etc in order to get caliper replaced.

I parked in slot 2 because it looked as if slot 1 was not going to be open. At 6:58 am, a girl comes walking out of the shop in regular clothes. I figured she must've been someone's girlfriend leaving so they could open up and get going. But she comes out of her vehicle walking back up with work clothes. She looked smug like she didn't even want to be at work. I thought how odd when she's got 2 minutes to change and get back out here. At this point, I'm already hesitant what to expect the service to be like. But she comes back out at 7:08. I'm like, cool, she about to check me in and I can be on my way quick as I work at 8 am. But she keeps walking past my car, so I roll down my window to let her know that I arrived first. She repeated that she goes in her own order and that it's going to be a while since no one else was there yet and wouldn't be for a while. Let me say this, I didn't waste no time biting my tongue and leaving. As someone in a customer serving base myself, and our hours start promptly for all our staff for our customers, we are professional and ready to go. I'd advise either restarting with quality employees who come on time and ready for service at your listed open hours.
