The gentleman that answered the phone informed me up front that they get bisy so the wait would be 3 hours or so. I told him that was fine and took my wife's 5 series to leave it. The gentleman at the counter that took my keys told me around 1.5 hours to check/repair the affected tires and rotate them. I had errands to run so I went about my day. Around 2 or so hours later informing me the car was ready for pick up. They removed a nail from each tire, patched them, refilled them with nitrogen and rotated them. The price was fair, service was friendly and professional. Much better experience than Walmart where the tires were originally purchased and installed.

I called the store and immediately this man named JOSE said not to worry and that he would come out to check my car. He came right out and was so kind and understanding. Said they did have the right battery and that he would install it. When he went to take out the old battery it was melded together to the terminal with corrosion. Jose took 30 MINUTES OR MORE to work on getting the terminal off. He even went back in and got some Wd40 to continue trying to get it off. He worked and worked and worked. He never gave up or suggested he couldn't do it. He did all of this while wearing his pristine grey Auto Zone long sleeve shirt and didn't get a single stain on it! I was so impressed not only with Jose's work ethic, but also by his cheerful attitude and the fact that he simply was determined to help me and not leave me or my car stranded without a battery. I am SO appreciative of Jose. This Auto Zone is kinda located in a basement area in San Clemente, so it might be easy to miss. Some idiot dropped a significant piece of wood from their vehicle onto Aliso Viejo Parkway. I was not able to break suddenly because there was a car behind me and I couldn't swerve to the right because there was a car in that lane so I sadly had to make contact with it. It caused a leak undercarriage so we needed to find out more critical information about it. Max was able to get us in and give us an assessment within an hour or so, without charge. Many places will charge an assessment fee but Pep Boys did not. Baja HQ installed a 3.25 Carli…read morePin Top system with all the extra " Works" Carli Vertical sway arms , Carli top and bottom steering stabilizers , Carli Torsion sway bar , Carli Full progressive leaf springs , and a set of 17 inch AEV wheels with 37 x 12.5 BF Goodrich All Terrain tires . Truck looks awesome and most importantly it drives better than stock . Straight as an arrow at speeds over 85mph . ( best set up for a Ram HD in my opinion) I have an 9000 pound airstream I towed over the weekend and it towed it very well . Because of the softer Carli leaf springs the rear dropped down a little bit more than stock truck suspension as anticipated because my 30 foot airstream has a heavy tongue Weight . Not a big deal truck and trailer drove straight as an arrow down the freeway . You can Get a blue ox towing stabilizer that will help bring the back end of your truck up and keep things even more solid . Tons of options out there if needed . Customer service at Baja HQ was excellent . Dany helped me put my kit together and he set up a perfect install date . He told me 3 days for install , And I got my truck back in exactly 3 days .
