I have been going to Rozina for a few months now and for the first few times I went to her, she always did a great job on my eyebrows. The price was pretty reasonable and the location was close to me, so it was extremely convenient. That was what kept me coming back. However, during the last few times I have gone to her, especially since she's moved to her new location, she hasn't done my eyebrows the same. I went to her yesterday and my eyebrows came out crooked and too short. I am so disappointed because I grew them out specifically to have them shaped well only to have them end up short and uneven right before my cruise. Rozina is a wonderful lady and she knows her eyebrows. I don't know if the last few times I went to her, she was too busy or had other things on her mind, but my last instances getting my eyebrows done have not been up to par, especially for the fact that the prices have also risen. read more

My experience here was far from great...I usually get my eyebrows done at a different threading salon and they always know what to do. This one did not. Not only was the lady who did mine rude but you began a conversation with someone else are she was doing eyebrows. I felt her pull to much hair and didn't notice till after i left that she had taken off a chunk of my eyebrow and didn't even let me know. She gave the mirror super quick and sent me to pay. I heard about Rozina through Yelp. I was looking for someone new to do my eye brows and I had them threaded before several times but not one person could get them just as I wanted. Rozina was able to achieve that within my first visit. She's quick and efficient and has always been very, very polite. If you're looking at the address on a map you'll notice it's in a neighborhood. It is a home business and the address on here is correct. I was a little confused at first. I do suggest calling ahead and making an appointment with her, I'm not sure if she takes 'walk-ins' or not. I decided to give Rozina a try because of all the yelp reviews and I had been growing out my eyebrows for 3 months (they got overly waxed before) The first time she did them, they came out exactly how I wanted them to look! (And 2 same looking eyebrows) As I continued to go to her, one eyebrow had less hair in one spot then the other (nothing major) so I figured that maybe she was having a bad day. She learned how to thread back when living in India and as you can imagine, has a great deal of experience, over 30 years. She is very gentle and a true professional. She has a very lovely & immaculate home. Great atmosphere. It is a residential home and I rather like that. I am not big on salons. And $9 for eyebrows + $14 for upper lip = I'm Sold. I have been waxing seen my late teens and I am done. Finito. Waxing causes trauma to the skin, bumps, redness, burns and pre mature aging. Where's the fun in that? When I went here it was just ok. It was an older lady doing my eyebrows-not like the young lady in the picture so maybe that's why. The lady was friendly enough. I did have a hard time finding the location because it's actually in a salon area in her house. She was helpful with helping me find the location. I'm from the DMV area and have family in NYC so I'm not used to paying more than $5-$9 max. I paid $9 here, but my eyebrows were still too thick even though I asked for them thinner. I was quite disappointed. I probably wouldn't go back here for this price. I've noticed in Miami that most things Asian tend to be much more expensive than what I'm familiar with. I read reviews about Rozina' on Yelp and I am so glad I made the decision. I have been having my eyebrows done by Rozina (herself) and I could not be happier. My first visit Rozina asked me if I also wanted to "tint" my brows after the threading. I was scared that they would come out too dark for my blond hair color or my complexion. A month later, I was in the area and decided to go a second time,it was okay she seemed upset about something, I thought "maybe she wasn't feeling well". A bonafide eyebrow guru. This was my first threading experience. I let my eyebrows grow out, and I was about to drive to BFE and pay $16 to get them threaded at Conceptos. Then, I found Rozina on Yelp. After considering price/reviews/location, I went for it and I am more than happy! She talked me through the whole thing. I knew it would hurt a little, (unfortunately, you can't painlessly yank hair out of your body) but she was really nice, and nurturing. She made me feel extremely COMFORTABLE, which is important when a new person is messing with your eyebrows. So, like many people, I have a superior eyebrows and then a shorter/thinner/stupider/retarded eyebrow. Through the years, people have EFFED up trying to fix that eyebrow. (You know? Like after a while, you give up with that nonsense and just...pencil that shit in. No one out there ever gets them even. Why even try?) I don't know what this woman did, but she fixed it. SHE FIXED IT. She, with her magical Indian threaderhands, managed to get my retarded eyebrow to match my superior eyebrow, the way the good Lord intended. And she did not compromise thickness. (It's devil magic.) Which I appreciate. I appreciate an eyebrow "artist" that doesn't succumb to Miami's chongeria, but instead opts for a ~natural~ shape. Furthermore, she explained to me that I needed to be patient, and grow out certain parts of my eyebrows to get them to look even better. There is no denying that Rozina does a great job with eyebrow shaping & with helping you grow out your eyebrows, which is why I gave her two stars instead of one, but she is rather unprofessional and VERY RUDE. My second time that I went to her I scheduled my appointment for 11:30 AM. I arrived at 11:00 AM walked in, sat down and patiently waited for my turn. Out of nowhere, right before it was my turn this little girl walked in to the room saying that she & her mom have been outside waiting (I did not see them when I walked in) and that there appointment was at 10:00 AM, she came at 11:50 to tell Rozina that they've been waiting. ALMOST TWO HOURS after her appointment!! Maybe I am wrong, but I feel that because I was there patiently waiting and it was just me that she would have done my eyebrows first, but nope. She did BOTH of them before me and I ended up being done at around 12:40. She saw that I was bothered by that and kept telling me very sarcastically "thank you for being so patient," and I told her that personally if I were that girl and if I really were waiting outside since 10 for my appointment and I see that 30 mins pass by and I keep seeing people coming in and out of the room I would've popped into the room and would have been like, "Hey Rozina I hope you didn't forget about me, but I'm out here & my appointment was at 10." She of course defended her long time client & took the blame. But I am way too nice (more like stupid) and I gave Rozina a second chance. I gave her a second chance because at the end of the day she does a great job with shaping eyebrows and is located super close to my house, but about two weeks ago I tried making an appointment using her online system and maybe it was because of the dinosaur of a computer/bad internet I use at work, but it kept giving me an error message. Finally I was able to schedule an appointment for the day I wanted and I received the confirmation email for that day. Apparently the system scheduled me on multiple days and I had no clue because I did not receive conformation emails for any of those days. She called me the next day yelling at me and didn't give me a chance to explain, so I texted her my confirmation email and explained the situation and she unprofessionally sent me a screen shot of the schedule with all the days I supposedly booked. Then a week later she called me yelling again that I booked multiple appointments again. That for me was the last straw and I told her to just cancel the appointment I made that I will not be going I'll go elsewhere. She said no she will only cancel the other one and hung up on me. I understand that as a result of the system error that she is loosing business because those time slots that the system booked me could have gone to a client that wanted to go on those days, but she handled the situation in an unprofessional manner and lost a loyal client. I obviously went elsewhere and will not be showing up to the appointment I made and asked her to cancel after she yelled at me for a second time. read more

If you want to have the best eyebrows in town, you HAVE to go here!! It's at this Indian lady's house in a neighborhood. You literally park in her house and ring the doorbell and someone will open the door. Then if she is busy you sit in her living room and watch an Indian novela lol she is always taking clients in and out so there's no need to call for an appointment which I find to be great! She has a little room where she works her magic. She sits you down, puts a thread in her mouth and plucks those pesky little hairs away. It takes maximum 5 minutes and the results are always amazing!!!! She knows what she is doing because in a matter of 10 minutes or so all these ladies walked in and out. And can I say how cheap it is!? 9$ for perfect eyebrows!!? No where in Miami you'll find that except at rozinas. She is really really good! It might be a little awkward walking into a persons house but trust me she is super nice and really worth it. read more
