A nice lady said she thought they could, so they would call me 30 minutes before they'd arrive. I asked about their price and it sounded reasonable. Sure enough, a few hours later I got a call from one of their plumbers, Josh, who said he was on his way. Josh and Brandon were very nice young men who did an outstanding job, very quickly and in a clean manner. We couldn't have been happier with their service and the experience. It's nice to have another great plumber when we need help. PS. The office called us the day after the work was done to ensure our project went well. We appreciated that too. Nice people. Sure makes everything easier.

They were able to repair the issue however, I was told that I would not be charged for them snaking the drain. They had to turn the water off during the repair process and when they turned it back on, they proceeded to use the outside spigot to make sure the water was flowing. The spigot broke when they attempted to turn it on (the house is older but the spigot was working fine beforehand) and they had to replace it. I received the bill a week or so after they had been out and they had charged me for the spigot that they broke. I called the next day and explained that I had no problem paying for what they came out to do but I was not paying for the spigot they broke when it was working fine before. I didn't hear back for a month until I received another bill for the same amount and I called again explaining a second time that I was more than willing to pay for what I called them out to fix but that they broke the spigot and I wasn't paying for that. The lady in the office emailed me the next day and after some conversation back and forth, she sent me a revised bill. When I opened the attachment and saw the new amount I owed, it was more than the first bill. They had taken the spigot off and added snaking the drain when I was told they wouldn't charge me for that. I think that's ridiculous and I absolutely don't agree with paying for something they broke or something that they plainly told me I wouldn't be charged for!
