I called them to have someone come out because my two toilets would not flush and my kitchen sink…read morewouldn't drain properly. They were able to repair the issue however, I was told that I would not be charged for them snaking the drain. They had to turn the water off during the repair process and when they turned it back on, they proceeded to use the outside spigot to make sure the water was flowing. The spigot broke when they attempted to turn it on (the house is older but the spigot was working fine beforehand) and they had to replace it. I received the bill a week or so after they had been out and they had charged me for the spigot that they broke. I called the next day and explained that I had no problem paying for what they came out to do but I was not paying for the spigot they broke when it was working fine before. I didn't hear back for a month until I received another bill for the same amount and I called again explaining a second time that I was more than willing to pay for what I called them out to fix but that they broke the spigot and I wasn't paying for that. The lady in the office emailed me the next day and after some conversation back and forth, she sent me a revised bill. When I opened the attachment and saw the new amount I owed, it was more than the first bill. They had taken the spigot off and added snaking the drain when I was told they wouldn't charge me for that. I think that's ridiculous and I absolutely don't agree with paying for something they broke or something that they plainly told me I wouldn't be charged for!

After our experience with Advanced last week, I could not agree more. With gurgling toilets & sinks, plus sewage backing up into the tub, the problem we had serviced by a different company in Jan 2016 was back. The last plumber cleared the pipe and ran a video camera inspection and assured us we were good. A mere five weeks later when problems started anew, I feared we'd be facing several $100 's in repairs. Advanced Plumbing cleared the pipes, gave a clear, detailed explanation of our problem and most impressively, offered specific advice on how to conduct the repairs ourselves including parts needed and a couple of rough sketches on how to do it should we want to go that route. The estimate for them to fix it was extremely reasonable but we're going to give it a shot. (Husband works in construction - pretty handy.) In addition to the fantastic friendly & professional service, the pricing was very fair, with the entire bill coming in less than other companies have charged us just for the video camera inspection portion. I agreed that Advanced is indeed the best in town. I cannot overstate how pleased we were with their service.
