Due to an unforeseen HOA delay -- which was entirely out of our control -- the contractor abandoned the job midway. Although we paid him for the work he completed up to that point, he never returned to finish the project, nor did he communicate with us despite multiple attempts to reach out. What's even more concerning is that he posted photos of the incomplete work on his social media to promote his services, misleading potential customers by showcasing an unfinished job as if he intended to complete. Because of his abandonment, we had to go through the stressful and expensive process of finding another contractor willing to take on the liability of someone else's incomplete work. It cost us thousands of dollars more to finally get the project finished the right way. We're shocked by the lack of professionalism and integrity. I sincerely hope others don't have to endure the same frustration and added expense we did.
