Nick & Zachary not only coordinated with my friends, the owners of the home, but were *extremely* kind in coordinating with me. They let me know in advance which days would involve a lot of noise so I could make plans to be away. They were always polite & fun to chat with when, for example, my car needed to be moved to make way for a lumber delivery. During this project the remnants of hurricane Michael passed over Athens causing larger than normal rainfall. Nick & Zachary did extra work to make sure the drainage would be installed before the storm hit. Their drainage worked wonderfully, filling the retaining pond to the brim. They also assisted me with filling sandbags to make sure a separate area of the house would be protected in case the rainfall was excessive. Needless to say, I was *very* impressed with their conscientiousness! Home projects can be so stressful. You won't find nicer or more capable landscapers to help you through your project!

I had them come back a week later to add recessed lights. The lighting in the kitchen is amazing, it had been very dark! Called another well-reviewed "roofing and construction/remodeling" company based out of…read moreWatkinsville on a Thursday morning after discovering three small leaks in our attic the previous evening. I was given a vague window for a call-back/appointment of "maybe this afternoon.....maybe Friday.....maybe Monday or Tuesday". Seriously? Four days (not to mention the weekend in between)?!?! I thought, "okay.....based on the reviews, it's probably worth the wait". Never got the call back from them so moved on to Christian Roofing and Remodeling. Submitted a request online and had a call back the same morning with available appointments that afternoon or two afternoons later; both after 5:00pm, which I needed. I scheduled them for that day and Brent arrived on-time to take a look at our issues and give some feedback on a number of questions I had regarding our roof and future replacement. While there, he identified the source of the leaks and plugged them.....FREE of charge! Brent was exceptionally courteous, polite, and professional and went out of his way to take care of the known problems and look over the rest of our roof for any other leaks or damage. Obviously, they want my business when it comes time to replace our roof and they'll get the job on my rental property, too, when it comes time (in addition to finishing out our bonus room). The most important thing is that they WANTED my business and made the effort to get someone out same day, after hours, to assist with the immediate issue. Can't say the same for the other guys. Apparently, my job wasn't worth their time (in spite of all the 5-star reviews they have received).
