Got hung over 5 times. Basically rude and pathetic business. Lost a customer for no reason. Call 1: Lady picks up and I asked if they do a full service for my 2022 SUV 30K miles. Call handed over to Roy the manager for more info. Roy asked what are you looking at either simple oil change or full service. I told full service citing what manual says and call was just dropped. I thought maybe it just you know, dropped. Call 2: Lady says hi. I told I was speaking with Roy and call dropped. Cut again. I was like wtf? Call 3 with benefit of doubt: Call picked and shut. I am confused at this point. Call 4: She says hi. I confronted what is up, she said oh we are booked until next month and you need to make appointment. I was like cut the chase, a moment ago you are taking details and now saying you don't have time. I told them I would leave a honest and bad review unless you explain what is up really. Call cut again. Truckload of bullcrap! I am just talking normal business, have the decency of replying professionally if you can or can't do something? How the fuck you run a business? I think you just do oil change or simple stuff but saying that won't make you pay taxes. Important - Oh btw I am multi lingual and possibly the Roy dude heard a different language on TV (no loud volume/easy to talk through). Roy's saved me an engine replacement. I was recommended Roy's by a coworker who said he was honest. Honesty is a huge factor in a mechanic shop. I was experiencing a large mechanical problem in my 2015 Hyundai Tucson caused by a faulty sensor that wouldn't turn on the oil light. Roy stated that he personally knew of 3 other people who had this issue and had a replacement engine installed by Hyundai at no cost. He was right. They will replace the engine for me. I might not have even considered taking it to the dealer based on out of warranty and the cost of dealer repairs. On top of all that, he only charged me $10 for the issue. Not only has Roy's earned my respect but now he has earned my business for the foreseeable future. Good job, Roy. read more

Great folks. Had a vibration at speed on my GMC 2500 truck. Took to competitor right down the street for balancing. They told me the tires showed cupping, and tried to sell new tires.( $1200) Decided to try Roy's. He found no cupping, balanced tires, and I've driven another 20,000 miles. If ever a problem, they fix it quick. Give them a try. read more

Roy's used to be one of the better shops to go to. Not sure what happened, but once, I got a call back saying "bring your car back, we forgot to put a piece of your car back on". Another time I took it in to get a throttle issue fixed and it took me taking it in two more times before they fixed it properly. This last time, I took my car in to get the A/C fixed and after three times of taking it back in and getting it entirely replaced, it still wasn't working properly and the "new" part was used-it had rust on it. I used to really like going there because Roy and his daughter are really decent people, even though Roy is kind of an a$$, still decent. He hired a bunch of crapy workers that are making him look bad. read more

Just so that you are aware of my unpleasant and lacking experience with Roy's Tire. I live in St.Louis but have family in the area and they recommended Roy's Tire based on their experiences with him. I called Roy's Tire and made my "appointment" on Monday 04-12-21 for Saturday 04-17-21 @ 8am. Called again Friday 04-16-21 to make sure it would be okay to drop off my vehicle the night before, after hours, because I knew I would be getting into the area late that day and so they would be able to start first thing in the morning. I was told by the receptionist that it wouldn't be a problem and that they have a key drop box for such occasions. I dropped off my vehicle with no problems Friday night and was expecting a call around 8am the following morning, my appointment time, to make sure the work order was correct and to go over any issues I was having with the vehicle. I did not receive a call around 8am so I thought to wait until 8:30am as a courtesy to them. So, I called them at 8:30am Saturday morning bc I haven't heard from them, for me to finally talk to Roy and him to tell me "It's unlikely that he can get to it today." and he has a backlog of vehicles going back 3 weeks. THEN WHY MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. What's the point of making an appointment if you're then not going to honor the appointment. Just tell me that you can't or better yet a date that you can and dont waste my time. I then picked up my vehicle at 10am, that was looked at but not repaired, and charged $25 dollars for doing so. Then, I purchased the parts that were said to be needing replaced by Roy and proceeded to do the repairs myself. Just an fyi Roy if you read this, it wasn't the "master cylinder" it was the brake booster pushrod and I value people's time, which is why I won't waste anymore of yours. I bought a set of tires from him and they developed cracks in them, I took them to show Roy and he wouldn't do anything about them, He is friendly when he is selling something but beware if it goes wrong. he won't stand behind his products. read more

These people are so arrogant they think they are better than everyone. Roy is a fraud when you bring your car to him he never fixes it that is why he was asked to leave Jackson Tire. I will NEVER take my car back to him he almost blew my car up by not putting oil back in my car. read more
