The mechanic checked the truck, found a fuse that had came loose. Scheffer stated they checked all the fuses. Apparently not. Cost us $2030.00 for a loose fuse all together that they could not find. Great work Scheffer....... Do not trust this shop ......The Peterbilt dealership even told me i should not have gone there.

My tires are oversized and I didn't have a spare that was the same size. Dustin arrived and took my tire, found a used one that was the same size at his shop, returned and put it on so I could get my trailer off the highway. He allowed me to keep my trailer at his shop and ordered two new tires that arrived first thing the next morning. I was so stressed out and Dustin got me back on the road so fast. I had previously purchased a truck from them a few years ago & Mitch was a pleasure to deal with. This time around i knew the car I purchased may have a couple issues crop up that led me to purchase an extended service contract. Upon researching the warranty company I found that they were absolutely horrible at honoring their service contracts and promptly returned to BIC motors well within the state of missouri mandated preview period to cancel. It's now almost Feb '23 , and I have contacted Elijah weekly to inquire about my refund. He has never once called me back. I did file a complaint with the state of Missouri dept of insurance that regulates service contract companies. I intend to pursue this until I get my refund back.

So she proposed an excellent price on a Sedona LX that happened to have the leather interior upgrade, finding a way to get me to the magic number. Coye's communication was prompt, and she delivered on the pricing once I arrived the next day. Her estimate on the trade in value of my old car was accurate too. No tricks! Very much appreciated.
