Call handed over to Roy the manager for more info. Roy asked what are you looking at either simple oil change or full service. I told full service citing what manual says and call was just dropped. I thought maybe it just you know, dropped. Call 2: Lady says hi. I told I was speaking with Roy and call dropped. Cut again. I was like wtf? Call 3 with benefit of doubt: Call picked and shut. I am confused at this point. Call 4: She says hi. I confronted what is up, she said oh we are booked until next month and you need to make appointment. I was like cut the chase, a moment ago you are taking details and now saying you don't have time. I told them I would leave a honest and bad review unless you explain what is up really. Call cut again. Truckload of bullcrap! I am just talking normal business, have the decency of replying professionally if you can or can't do something? How the fuck you run a business? I think you just do oil change or simple stuff but saying that won't make you pay taxes. Important - Oh btw I am multi lingual and possibly the Roy dude heard a different language on TV (no loud volume/easy to talk through). The battery was under warranty so they replaced it, and I went home just being charged for the oil change. Later in the day when I tried to use my car it was completely dead. Not even the dash lights would come on. When I called Plaza Tire, they insisted I get the battery jumped or tow it in. They refused to come look at it. I live two miles from their site. I called another another garage to start the battery or tow my car the next morning. The guy who came the next morning, found that the connections were loose. Plaza Tire hadn't tightened down the battery connections! He advised me to take it back to them anyway and look at it. I did, and Plaza tire didn't even apologize! I asked them to check the alternator while it was there, just to be sure that's ok, but I don't know if I can trust them. They were busy the day I went it in for the oil change. I think they skimped on my service because I'm a woman and I'm elderly. Ladies, don't go there if you're advancing in years and don't go without a spouse!

You are talking wayyy too fast and your English is sloppy." Then he used an analogy to show his frustration. That level of rudeness is completely unacceptable from anyone representing a business.
