I had previously purchased a truck from them a few years ago & Mitch was a pleasure to deal with. This time around i knew the car I purchased may have a couple issues crop up that led me to purchase an extended service contract. Upon researching the warranty company I found that they were absolutely horrible at honoring their service contracts and promptly returned to BIC motors well within the state of missouri mandated preview period to cancel. It's now almost Feb '23 , and I have contacted Elijah weekly to inquire about my refund. He has never once called me back. I did file a complaint with the state of Missouri dept of insurance that regulates service contract companies. I intend to pursue this until I get my refund back.

I also know of another person who only had liability and she saved them over 1000.00 by getting recycled parts which were in perfect working order.
