I do not recommend going to this shop. I went to this local shop to get my car worked on. I go in…read moreand ask them if I order my own parts if they would install them and the guy behind the counter raised his voice and said what you can't read? So I asked where do they order their parts from ? And once again the guy raised his voice and said what the F#$K does that matter? And before I could ask him how much he would charge to order the parts and put them on, He yeld at me the get the F#$K OUT!!! I was like excuse me. And he said don't let the door hit you on the way out. This is the RUDEST mechanic I have ever talk to. Do not go here

I have no complaints about mike or his crew.. I have taken…read moremy last 3 cars there for several different repairs.. They have always been very reasonably priced and have never tried to convince me i needed more work than i really did (age old shop scam)... In reality, they've done the opposite and talked me out of spending money for work that didnt need done (ex: i asked them to put new plugs in while having something else done, he said he would if i insisted, but would feel guilty knowing that my plugs were perfectly fine).. I really appreciated that as im on 'fixed income'.. So nice to know there's still people out there that can see customers as other people and not just dollar signs :) I give a full 5 stars and will continue using them as my primary mechanic for as ling as they're open, and I'm still living in town :)

Worst service I have ever received. Had my truck for nearly 6 months even though he said it would…read more"take a couple weeks" when he gave me the quote. Nothing was repaired properly, had to spend several thousand dollars to fix the problems he created with his "repairs". The truck was in worse shape when i finally got it back than it was when i dropped it off. He lied to my face at least 25 times, telling me the truck would be done "tomorrow" for about 4 months. Some of the things he claimed to have repaired were never touched. Essentially had to threaten him to get my truck back. Was very close to reporting the truck stolen at a few different points because it was not at his shop for a large portion of the time he had it. I wouldnt trust this guy to fix a sandwich...

I took my Corvette there to have it evaluated before buying it in a private sale. Ron found some…read moreissues and I ended up spending $1541.71 on repairs so that I could drive it to MD. The bigger thing he "fixed" was the radiator mount. He charged me $728.42 for part and labor. Later, I took it to Tony's Corvette, a world renowned corvette repair shop. Tony told me I needed a new mount, as it's totally rusted out. I replied that it can't be, it was replaced! Tony showed me the rotted mount. I called Ron, spoke to his wife. She asked for photos, I sent them, she said she'd refund the full amount. I got nothing. I called her again. Nothing. I went to the shop. Ron said he had no idea how that mount wasn't replaced! I asked for a refund on what he billed me for and DID NOT DO. He ignored me. He and his wife admitted it was not done but won't refund the money he took from me.

I feel like I have finally found an honest garage to service my Mercedes. I was having problems…read morewith my car hesitating to start for months but after several past negative experiences with the Mercedes dealership and Oxford Automotive, I had no idea where to take it. The Autohaus had serviced my husband's vintage Mercedes several years ago so I called and talked to Micah. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me an appointment that fit my schedule. They were able to diagnose and fix my issue at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. What I appreciated most was Micah's detailed explanation of the issue and his honesty (didn't tell me there were a dozen other things wrong with my car). I am relieved that I have found a garage that I can trust.

I bought a new battery from this company for my 2018 Audi Q3 in November 2025. January 2026, I have…read morejumped my car more than 12 times in the past two months, 10 of those 12 have been the last week or so. had a couple people who work on cars take a look, surmised it was either a bad cell in the battery, possibly the alternator. Called Howland, since I bought the battery = +$700 less than 3 months prior, and told me to bring it in, would NOT CHARGE ME if needed new battery, b/c under warranty. (OTHER THAN having to jump it, the car was driving the same as before when I bought it January of 2025 - no leaks, everything electrical was same, no issues. I was even told by a few "audi experts" via websites and over the phone when describing the non-starting issue it COULD POSSIBLY even be [simply] the extreme cold Ohio is experiencing this winter, though I was not buying that - in 46 years on this plant, driving for 30, and growing up in OHIO, of all of the vehicles I have had/driven/owned, NONE have NOT STARTED BC OF THE OHIO WINTER CHILL). ANYWAY, get the car towed by Jae's last Sunday night from Heath Walmart parking lot, Monday a.m., I call Howland, tell them the car is on their lot, urge them to please fit me in b/c I have two very important appointments the next day, one for my VA therapy, the other for a civil matter downtown. They got me "IN" and proceeded to spin some made-up story about the oil filter having been "punctured" and the pics they sent to me to go over the "diagnosis" the mechanic found showed this "punctured oil filter" and that oil had been spewing all through the engine compartment , mainly the passenger side, and not only was that an issue, but the lever/pully that goes in ONE DIRECTION to engage the battery IS ACTUALLY GOING FREELY IN BOTH DIRECTIONS, which leads to me having to either pay $928 plus labor to replace that "lever/pully" or, replace the entire alternator, something upwards of $1300 plus labor....People, Ohio just experienced our first Winter of 25-26 snow storm a little more than a week ago - I have over a foot of snow in my yard, where I park, ACTUALLY, WHERE MY CAR WAS STUCK....and after getting shoveled out of that spot, snow packed clear up and beyond my wheel wells, THERE WAS NO OIL SPOT, NO OIL SPILLAGE, NO BLACK ANYTHING, ANYWHERE! Back to the story...I asked how much to replace the oil filter, top it off? (it was due for an oil change, anyway, I just hadn't gotten to that part yet as I was more concerned with getting my car to actually START first...) and Micah quoted me for like $63 and change or something like that. done. cc info over the phone, proceeded to get a ride out to the shop to pick up my Audi. the second I put it in drive, i am not even out of the lot yet, I am waiting on traffic, and I am using both feet - one on the brake, the other giving it gas - so it doesn't die on me.....every stop light on 79 to Hopewell, the light at Hopewell and National drive/13, the light at ISABELLE AND NATIONAL DRIVE, THE STOP SIGN AT 2ND STREET, AND THE CAR i HAD TO SLOW DOWN BEHIND BEFORE MY STREET, THE CAR DIED. EVERY TIME. i HAD TO PUT IT IN PARK, TURN IT OFF, RESTART IT, AND GUN IT BEFORE IT DIED. Their mechanic did this. it was their mechanic that punctured the oil filter, felt bad about making a huge boo boo like that, and that's why they didn't charge me the LABOR for replacing the oil filter/topping off the oil. THEY WEREN'T DOING ME A FAVOR. THE PROBLEMS i AM NOW HAVING ARE NOT BECAUSE OF THE TIMING CHAIN; i DON'T NEED A NEW ALTERNATOR OR BELT. THEY FUDGED UP AND WHAT THE HECK AM I GONNA DO ABOUT IT?! i AM A DISABLED NAVY VET WHO HASN'T WORKED SINCE 2016! i AM ON A FIXED INCOME, WITH NOBODY TO HELP ME BESIDES ME AT MY HOUSE. i CANNOT DRIVE MY CAR. i CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO LOOK AT IT! THIS BUSINESS MESSED UP MY PERFECTLY EXCELLENT RUNNING, IN PERFECT SHAPE, NOTHING WRONG WITH IT BESIDES NEEDING A NEW BATTERY CAR AND i CAN'T EVEN SELL IT, TRADE IT, NOTHING! DON'T GO TO THESE "EXPERTS IN EUROPEAN CARS." YOU MIGHT GET THE SAME IDIOT WHO MESSED UP MY CAR!
