I called them the day my car was towed and asked them to please not remove ANY of my belongings until I could get there to get them. The woman assured me if they did move anything it would only be to my trunk so they could take pictures for my insurance company. My accident was on last Wednesday, and today I went to pick up my belongings (a week later due to transportation/work schedule). When I arrived the front desk was very nice, they gave me my keys and even had a gentleman come and help me open my trunk. Once I got everything out I realized a few VERY meaningful things were removed from my rear-view mirror including the mirror itself. I asked them if they had them somewhere else, and she said no. She looked at the pictures on the computer and said the rear-view mirror was removed prior to the pictures being taken. But I know for a FACT it was still in the vehicle at the accident sight. I told her I was going out to the vehicle to look again to be sure and when I came back in the was another woman there with the front desk woman (I'm assuming the manager or supervisor). She said "yeah, sometimes when they are clearing the vehicles stuff gets thrown away or "tossed aside" on accident. I'm sorry if that sounds insensitive, they clean over 100 vehicles a day." I said yes that is very insensitive being MY PROPERTY your company threw away was some of the ONLY THINGS I have left of my father that passed away 7 years ago. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will make sure everyone I know hears about my experience. I'm truly disgusted. If I could give 0 stars I would.
