Had a vehicle towed here and had to come back to get some things out of it. The first time we were helped by Austin and Sara. Both were friendly and understanding. We had to come back and were helped by a blonde who usually sits in the back desk. SO RUDE!!!! We had a car stolen and crashed. The last thing I want to deal with is a bad attitude.
