The business proposed trimming back a neighbors tree and said it would take 5.25 manhours. I watched the man cutting the tree spend about 4-5 minutes cutting 4 small to medium size branches. Then two other men spend 2 minutes moving the limbs to the shredder. Less than 10 minutes total. They were trying to charge me $600.00 for those 10 minutes. I called them on it and the foreman told me he would never pay so much to have any tree trimmed. When I called the office to voice my concerns the receptionist said the owner would call me back. Now over 24 hours later I haven't heard a peep. I reached out to the man who visited us and wrote the proposal (Jeryn Batman) and he seems to be ghosting his customers also. Recent high winds caused a critical crack to develop in my 30 foot tall, double stem oak tree. One call on Friday afternoon and Alex responded, accessed the situation, explained options to me and cabled the tree for safety.
