Traveling cross country, our travel trailer tire picked up a nail. Bummer! But we knew we would be in St. Cloud MN around noon, called ahead, and the kind woman who answers phones and manages customers told us to come on in. While we made and ate lunch, they removed the nail, patched the tire, and got us on our way within about 30 min. My wife made an oil change appt here while I was out of town working. The oil change price was advertised at $35 dollars but to my extreme disappointment they indicated that the vehicle required synthetic oil. This change in conjunction with a required 8.5 quarts of oil brought the oil change price to $107.21. What an unbelievable experience. We have owned this vehicle for 2 years and never paid over $45 dollars for an oil change. Very rude customer experience and I don't recommend this place to anyone. we brought our vehicle there because we trusted this place or so we thought! Patrick Mosher the STORE MANAGER is very rude and speaks to people like they are beneath him. while we were there in the waiting room area I could hear Patrick talking with people as they came in and on the phone. It amazes me that he talks to people the way he does and this behavior is allowed by this company! We had a problem with the repair they had done and had to bring it back SEVERAL times leaving us without a vehicle sometimes for 2-3 days. Patrick told us that he was going to take care of this and that we had nothing to worry about! after several trips they gave up and brought it to Gilliland Chevrolet and had them give it a go. Well it took Gilliland just a couple hours and boom it was fixed. We went to pick up our vehicle from Royal tire and Patrick tells us we owe them $805 for the repair after telling us that "we are going to take care of this" and leading us to believe that we were in good hands! Patrick became irritated and began to hurl insults at us ! I charged back and let him know what I thought about this business and told him he was a pompous Jerk! After a short conversation with their GM explaining how rude he was, not just to me but other customers that came thru while we were there, it was clear to me that there was going to be NOTHING done about Patricks behavior. we spent A LOT of money not just on this repair but in the past with general maintenance but NEVER again will I set foot in the Royal Tire on HWY 10 as long as they allow their employees treat people the way Patrick Mosher does. I bring my cars here for oil changes. I like how I can usually get in same day. The one issue I have had is even if I make an appointment it seems to take a long time depending on the day. Overall I would recommend. read more

This place is double the price of the Royal Tire in Waite Park! I would rather drive the extra distance to go to the other one. They also took about 2 hours for an oil change and the one across town took 25 minutes. I don't know if the difference of me not waiting vs waiting for my vehicle or what but the extra cost just makes this place not worth it. read more

I went in for an oil change because they are my local mechanic, I have always received good, fair and above average service. This last oil change they contaminated my brake fluid and damaged my master cylinder. The proper fix is to replace it and the break pad due to extra wear. Their solution was to flush the fluid and adjust the breaks. I will be seeking a second opinion to confirm the mechanic who said I needed more then just new breaks. I will be taking my business else where. I should not be an issue that they stand behind their work. I am voting with my feet. read more
