We stopped for a bathroom break and to grab a snack. The cashiers were friendly. That's where the positives end. The women's bathrooms was a hot mess: several broken toilets, only one operational hand soap pump out of three and the bathroom needed cleaning. Some shelves half empty and under stocked, emptied cardboard boxes thrown in a corner, and where's the traditional Reese Cups! I won't return. read more

Gas station on the way home from Vacation in August. We needed fuel for the car. Just filled up the tank from the outside pumps, and that was quick and easy. The pumps were clean and efficient. read more

First you have to get down and walk to the slowest, anti social cashier to give him the card. i had to wait 5 min due to only 1 cashier and 5 customers to pay. Then he asked how much I said i don't know. Three times he asked and three different times I said I don't know. since we were topping off. So I walked out. If there is only one cashier they don't care about customer service. We put gas next to them with less inconvenience. read more

Stopped here with my bf's family to refuel our car. This sign posted on the door caught me way off guard - requesting to NOT wear masks? In the middle of a pandemic? It was only after I read closer that I saw that this is only their policy from 8 PM to 6 AM. Just close the store during those hours if you're that worried about getting robbed instead of asking people to risk their health and safety for yours. read more

I don't usually write reviews for gas stations, but this place is terrible! I went inside to get some gum while getting gas. I walked in and said "hello" to the lady working and she looked at me and blinked but said nothing. Went to get a drink from the cooler only to find all of the drinks were warm. When I asked the cashier about it she just grunted. It took her 15 minutes to ring up the two people in front of me. If I hadn't really needed gas I would have left. I'm never going back to this place. read more

The women's bathroom is TERRIBLE! Of the 4 stalls only 1 was in working condition-had no lid on the back tank and no toilet paper. Wanted a fountain diet cola and the new machine only had 2 working tanks and of course no diet. read more

We stopped by this station to get gas, visit the restrooms, and get a quick snack on our way from Florida to Tennessee. This station has a nice appearance from the outside. However, the bathrooms were not clean, and there was no toilet paper in the women's room. There were quite a few customers at the pumps and inside. There was only one overworked staff member who was doing her best to be pleasant, but she was obviously stressed. The line to pay had at least 8-10 people and the wait was lengthy. This station could do a booming business if it was staffed and stocked properly. We won't be back. read more

Never have we ever had to leave a comment on a gas station. Less than one star experience and we never got gas. Prepaid and then pump would not release gas. Clerk said she just credited account but no receipt to show anything. Half hour stop to accomplish nothing but frustration for my husband who is NOT happy. Keep on a goin' down the road. read more

Never have I reviewed a gas station before but the little snot cashier prompted the need. We stopped to fill up and wanted a fountain drink. One cup so I ask if there are anymore and she shrugs like it's not her problem. Apparently my fave said more than my mouth so she slumps around the counter and is like it's gonna take a while. So I begin to look in the counters labeled cups. She never comes over there and just says I guess that's it. So I figure at least I'll get my husband a fountain drink .. no ice. Apparently the trend at this place is crappy customer service. We got gas and my husband went inside to get a drink. Me put a Diet Mt. Dew on the counter and the cashier said "Did you mean to get the girl version?" Wish we hadn't got gas yet, and we will never stop here again! read more

Absolutely worst cashier customer service. Young female who could barely make eye contact, let alone try any pleasant conversation. Then total is $13.28 and we give $24 and her mind is blown while grunting "huh?". Our world is in hands of too many without basic skills, common sense, or even common courtesy. I went to this gas station to fill up with diesel put my card in nothing happened,so I put my card in again & nothing.went in & ask if the pump was working the lady said the pump is working so I put my card in again & nothing so I move to another pump & it worked fine. Get home that night & check my account & find that every time I slid my card I was charged $85 three times on the pump that was not working. I have now been without $255 dollars for five days. read more
