Every stall is gap-free with sturdy locks, and the entire space is immaculately clean every time we've stopped. The sinks have divider walls for better personal space (love this!), and there's even a kid-friendly sink with a built-in step stool--such a thoughtful touch. Plus, plenty of hand dryers and paper towel dispensers. This has become our routine stop every time we come through. It's just that good.

I will say that Marathon is not a big name in the truck stop/travel center game, but after stopping here recently, they are coming in hot! As mentioned above, this place has a lot to offer, a lot more than you expect when you pull in! The gas station itself features the normal snacks, drinks, slushees, candy, etc...that you expect, but they also offer a healthy dose of things you didn't know you needed or wanted like a massive souvenir section that is just as much home decor as it is roadside souvenir. Additionally, they offer a great coffee station that is extra large and has a lot of variety and options! They also have a chocolate counter that sells fresh bars and other sweet treats. In addition to the gas station stuff, there is a Burger King, Subway and Dunkin Donuts on site. I personally stopped and got lunch at the BK and then swung in DD for a to-go iced coffee! As for the exterior of the facility you will find a good amount of pumps, trucker pumps, a dog park and even a cool UGA Bulldog statue...remember though...no touching! Service was solid too. I purchased something from the souvenir register and she was friendly and nice. The cashier at the gas station side of things was also equally as friendly. Overall, this is a great addition to this exit! I do not frequent this area too much or go up and down 75 too often, but on the occasions that I do...I now have a solid stop on my route!

I dislike potter potty's so I was relieved when I went to the restroom. The woman's restroom only has about 4 stalls so depending on when you go it might be a wait. They have plenty of parking free or reserved. The cashiers are super nice and welcoming. There are no showers yet so make sure to shower somewhere else if needed. I will definitely be visiting soon if I'm ever in the area again!!!!

Angels in a tow truck…read more I recently dealt with a car issue that left me on the side of the highway in a panic. Being an anxious, late in life driver, this was the last place I wanted to be or needed to be. Realizing that I didn't have roadside in my insurance plan, I did what any adult would do... I called my daddy. Although he's states away in Texas, we both worked together to find a tow truck and figure out my next move. (Honestly, he did most of the work while I stressed) Soon I received a text from my dad letting me know that I'd be receiving a call soon. When the phone rang, I was connected with Donna the dispatcher who gave me the heads up that her team would be on their way soon. I won't lie, it wasn't a super short wait in time or in my mind. But, it happens! At some point, a nice southern gentleman pulled over to help and actually towed me off of the highway just so I'd feel a bit safer. (Another angel because it was so dangerous out there!) Just a few minutes after I was rescued from the side of the highway I got a call from the towing team looking for me. My dad had made it very clear where I should be so I think they were a bit concerned when I wasn't in place. They met me at the gas station and it was such a quick process getting my car on the flatbed and my dog & I in the cabin. I'm so upset with myself that I don't remember the names of the two sweethearts that picked me up, I was so frantic and frustrated from the morning. But they brought me so much peace! We talked the entire 15min+ ride about the car issues, our love for our dogs and the amazing philanthropy projects they have approaching and how each of their trucks is in honor of a special cause. We got to the dealership safely and they made the pass off so smooth. Having to get a tow truck is never a fun situation I think, but it's much better when the folks behind the wheel are kind. Thanks again for making a crappy day a little better, and for facilitating a smooth save in Georgia with help from a great dad all the way in Texas.

The older gentleman whom I believe was the shop owner was nice and courteous. The store had plenty interesting things to see and snacks for the road. They also sold my favorite, boiled peanuts but I didn't get any because I already had my quota for the day. This was the cheapest of the two gas that was tucked away off the highway. You will have to go in to pay , sorry no pay at the pump but you can pay with your credit or debit on the inside. Overall I would purchase gas here again.

Went inside to get a five hour energy, and found almost every shelf to be empty. Hardly any snacks, and barely any soda in the coolers. The attendant behind the counter was amicable, but he could barely take his eyes off the NASCAR race he was watching on his little TV. The whole place smelt like boiled peanuts, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but unless that's what you want, you're leaving here without anything to snack on. Oh yeah, and I'm beginning to think it's a Georgia thing to not be able to pay at the pump when you get gas. This is the second place in Georgia that I have had to go inside to prepay for gas.
