The staff, top to bottom, is knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented. You can get in and out in a few minutes, never more than five, and will always be pleased with the service. I've used them for local rentals exclusively in the last couple years, and highly recommend them - you will not be sorry. (As an aside, the previous staff, several years ago, was abismal and I avoided this oiffice in the past because there was always a confrontation, they lost my reservation, didn't have any cars, etc.)

To make things worse, I returned the car with the fuel level just at the bottom of the full line, and was still charged a $17.99 fuel fee I shouldn't have owed. When I called to speak with the owner/manager about the charge, I was put on hold for an extended period -- it felt like I was just being left there in hopes I'd hang up rather than actually getting help. Poor vehicle cleanliness combined with an unwillingness to address billing issues or connect me with a manager. I won't be renting from this location again. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Funny thing is the sales guy was trying to sell us that car for 20 dollars more. We eventually resisted long enough and the sales guy caved in and gave us the upgraded sedan for free. The sedan was this beat up and had lots of dents and scratches. Be sure to check the car carefully!

In fact, I had brought the car in the day before because of a strange noise and they said everything was fine. Wael was courteous and knowledgeable about classic cars, and he had a surprisingly good selection. Further, he offered to keep an eye out for clean versions of a few of my bucket-list projects. Ultimately, I bought a great, low-mileage Land-rover Defender 110 that was very clean and honestly represented at a fair price. Wael agreed (and took his own time) to take the vehicle to an inspection of my choice prior to the purchase. The inspection confirmed the condition of the vehicle represented. After that, the negotiation was minimal, the sales process simple, and the registration/titling was all handled thoroughly.
