They were also great about scheduling and worked with my tight timeline since I had company coming. Bravell, who did the work, was fantastic--patient, clear, and easy to work with. All guide markings are now missing and whatever irritant they used also ate down through the stainless steel in a few places! Do not recommend. Paid $488 for the most haphazard and damaging clean in a 1900 sq ft TH. About the counters. Before they came back the counters were absolutely untouched. The pic is not of granite damage but of literally STICKY areas not cleaned. Do not be misled. My supposedly rude message? About the irreversible damage to my stove. And not rude. After having some fireplace panels replaced, I had a question about the curing process, sent some pictures to confirm the wear was normal, and the team replied very quickly explaining that what I was seeing was normal, what to look for that wouldn't be normal, and that the fireplace was safe to use. On another occasion, I had a follow up question after the first use of the fireplace of the year and they were responsive, helpful, and even sent a team member out to confirm everything was functioning properly. I would highly recommend them, I have been very impressed with their work and commitment to customers.

I saw the photos of the debris on the shelf and inside the chimney!! The other company removed Half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris. And they showed me a nail or screw one damper that was not secured during the first cleaning. So I am very disappointed - did JCS even do anything? I purchased the Tidy-Up Bundle, which is a light touch in the living space and then added on the bathroom cleaning. I feel for what they charge in my apartment, it is a great deal to have all my floors swept, vacuumed, and/or mopped, all the counter tops wiped down, all the dishes put away, and light dusting. If your area offers them as a service, I highly recommend you look into getting on their schedule!

Received quote, thought it was relatively reasonable and comparable to other similar services and scheduled first cleaning. The team showed up and spent next to no time in my home. Later in the evening I realized that past running a vacuum not much was cleaned (dust on surfaces, crumbs on counter, nothing had been moved to clean around it at all). Called and spoke with the manager who arranged to have the same crew return with her that evening to reclean. They were here double the time they had been prior but still didn't dust 2 of the 4 pieces of furniture in the master bedroom. Then when it was time to pay, what was requested for payment was $12 more per cleaning than was quoted (equating to over $300 for a 12 month time frame as I was planning to have bi-weekly service). Sticking with original company for now as the quality wasn't any better, price is $25 more per visit, and it shouldn't be that hard. Why I will say is they were responsive, but unfortunately I guess my expectations are too high
