I booked with Oscar online in advance, and got a good deal. Oscar was there, and he helped me load my bags into the van. I was the only passenger, and we were off immediately. Oscar followed all the traffic rules and made good conversation along the way. He's knowledgeable about Mexican hot sauces. Our flight was delayed for about 4 hours but they handled our late arrival well. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our driver but he came and took us to our hotel with no problem. The only minor thing is that the "manager" (the guy who checks you in and gets a driver) tried to charge me more than what my paperwork said but we got it straightened out ok when he refunded the difference without a struggle, I would use this company again.
