His crew did great work in the attic, however they used the wrong type of ladder to gain access into the attic. This caused the ladder to come crashing down in my bedroom, causing damage to my closet, and breaking a piece of molding. Unfortunately, this happened just after I had paid Mike for the work. At the end of the 30 days when they came to get the traps they just complained that the rodent activity was too light to do anything and that they were not going into the attic to seal anything because it would take awhile to locate the source. Tennant explained that the neighbors directly next door were the source and they still refused to check the connecting attic wall for holes and gaps the rodents were traveling between. Workers sent by company were reportedly uneducated and unfamiliar with our case as Tennant had to keep repeating everything at each appointment. Felt like a bait and switch situation. Now we have to hire a different company to actually fix the issue . Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere, not worth it.
