I had a layer of dust on the back seats along with pet hair that was stuck in cracks, hay on the floor and my front seats had perfect dust imprints of the occupants. I requested a shampoo and complete detail, but due to how dirty my truck was, I had to drop it off the next morning because they could only do three complete details that day. I drop off my truck and knew due to the level of detailing that it would be a day job in itself so I came back towards the end of the business day. To my amazement, the finished product was above my expectations!!! The big boss walked me around the truck for inspection and when I say my truck was slick and clean...I mean REALLY CLEAN!!! Gear shifter, A-Pillars, headliner, seats, rims (inside and outside), tires, front grille, wheel wells, bumpers...check..check...and more checks... The value for the service was amazing and well worth a big tip for the task. Of course, this is Houston so it will rain somewhere and I got caught in an unexpected torrential downpour. I look and see that the cover of my third light which is my brake light was snatched off by their equipment and was in the car wash well. I went to tell one of the per that worked there what happened and to advised them that this piece was in their car wash well. I waited for a response for over thirty minutes and it was little busy but now I have damage to my vehicle due their equipment. I was told of coarse there was nothing in there and they would have to review cameras and he will give me a call back. I did get a picture showing later that they found my piece in their car wash well. I spoke to the one that run the place he has an unwelcome attitude when he's confronted with these types of situations. Which this immediately became my fault for that piece being snatched off my car by their equipment and this became my total expense. There was not a ounce of concern, empathy or even an apology from anyone at ishine. I went in later that week to pick up my piece and spoke with Paige which was the name she gave me and ask her to cancel my accounts that I had. I will no longer need them. When try to give people business and they treat with disrespect. I will never suggest any one to ever go to this location. I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive.
