I was referred here by pickleball friend to Lilly for deep tissue and sports massage and I've…read morereceived multiple massages this year from Lilly and she's the best massage therapist in Southern Utah to Las Vegas. And I have lots of massage therapists I go to and Lilly is one of the very best and one of my very favorites. From head to feet, every muscle will feel better and any knot or sore area will be better. I love my feet being massaged and few therapists are as good as Lilly. She's so thorough and will also stretch you. She doesn't speak English..(just a little) but all you need to tell her if she's applying too much pressure. I love deep tissue but sometimes i like less. Sherie is also good therapist if Lilly isn't available.

I had a facial and Swedish massage. both services went well and I felt very relaxed and pampered. Unfortunately I was unknowingly allergic to a product use during my facial and had dermatitis for a couple days afterwards which was a bummer. overall the experience was okay, not the greatest I've been to but they have the basics. Don't expect anything super extravagant here. Also steam rooms are co-ed so be aware if you're not comfy with that sort of thing. The staff were kind and attentive, and I think prices were reasonable as well.
