And I have lots of massage therapists I go to and Lilly is one of the very best and one of my very favorites. From head to feet, every muscle will feel better and any knot or sore area will be better. I love my feet being massaged and few therapists are as good as Lilly. She's so thorough and will also stretch you. She doesn't speak English..(just a little) but all you need to tell her if she's applying too much pressure. I love deep tissue but sometimes i like less. Quadra Health offers many different services and I purchased the IV Nutrition and Hydration Therapy, which is a must for anyone travelling or living in this desert :) I was feeling low energy after just finishing an exhausting 600 hour esthetics program and taking exams etc., So it was well overdue.
