I ordered and paid for goods. The seller informed me that…read morethey had contacted Paisley Freight. They were given a consignment number, which gave me concern because it wasn't recgonised on the PF website for tracking. Anyway, PF had been given my mobile number to contact me at least 20 mins before delivery so I could be there at the time. What did IO find on my return home. A card from TNT stating that I would have to rearrange delivery or collect the pallet myself from the depot. I called TNT on the number given and was told that they had no information to contact me, that PF contract out most of their work to TNT and that this wasn't the first time it had happened. I would need to contact either PF or the sender. Well all I can say is on contacting PF they were not interested. They claim that any problems I may now have are with TNT and the seller. Would I recommend PF? No way. Sadly for them the business I work for and the business my wife works for will never use them either. Knock on effect, my wife in her business is often asked for recommended hauliers/couriers. So many more will not be using them either. They only get one star because I can't leave any less.
