The dishes came with three side dishes of lotus root, mung bean, and what appears to be broccoli stems. The fish stew was very hot and stayed hot the entire meal. It had probably a whole fish in there because We kept eating it for maybe 2 hours and still didnt finish. There were a lot of bones in some of the fish so be careful. The lamb was not chewy at all - very well prepared strips of lamb. We asked for tap water and were served a large pitcher which they refilled for us twice. And no charge for the tap water.
