Looks messy but it was soooo tasty. Peking duck sides. The duck was so tender.

Highly recommend! One of the best Peking duck meals I've had and I'm from Vancouver (huge Chinese population). Great price, lots of meat and other sides, not oily, clean, and very good service (if that's important to you). The restaurant itself is super well decorated and cute. The owner is very friendly and cares about his customer's satisfaction. We got the Peking duck duo, with the option for steamed dumplings. The duck was soooo tender and the skin very crispy!! Lots of hoisin sauce, pancakes, veggies and meat to share, more than enough for two.

    Hot and Sour soup!

We enjoyed everything except the salad we ordered. Very affordable choice and 4 of 5 dishes we tried were good.

My partner and I came to Chef Ming on our final night in Paris. We were very pleased with our meal…read moreand experience here. We were greeted on arrival. Although there were tables outside, it was a bit cool and sunny so we opted for inside. We ordered shrimp spring rolls (2), a Peking hot and sour soup, shrimp dumpling soup, spicy eggplant with pork and a lamb dish (lamb in a brown sauce). Everything was delicious. Soups - The soups were a large portion of each, enough to share. If we had known they were that big, we probably would have gotten only one and shared. Spring rolls - The spring rolls were large and each had 3 shrimp inside. The wrapper was a bit chewy (not ideal), but overall a good appetizer. We could have split a single one - very large roll. Eggplant - very good. More minced pork than I've found in this dish at other restaurants. Could have been a bit spicier. Lamb - very good also. The sauce was tasty. The lamb was not chewy at all - very well prepared strips of lamb. We asked for tap water and were served a large pitcher which they refilled for us twice. And no charge for the tap water. The servers were attentive and friendly.

The gentleman working there was professional and helpful as we chose what to order. We ordered about 4 plates including the general tso pictured and it was all pretty flavorful. A different style for sure than what I've had at home but thought it was good in its own way. The views are indeed beautiful but can imagine it would have been even more lovely at night (we got there and finished our meal before sunset). If you enjoy good chinese cuisine with a good view, then I'd recommend the spot.
