The interior is perfect, dim, but not to hide anything - the place is immaculate. The seats are plush, the music is on point, and the mood is always ideal. Most importantly, the hookah HITS. Never harsh. They know when to bring new coals and the mixes are always on point. If you don't want to bother with the menu, just have them choose for you. I've never had a bad mix. This is a great place to chill during the week, and on weekend nights they have the best shwarma food truck and the occasional belly dancer. I've been to every hookah lounge in the Sacramento area and there is no second place - this is the only one worth visiting. The owner, Baha, will quickly become a friend. This is the type of 'third space' most people are looking for.

There were maybe about 2-3 other parties there but we were all pretty spread out. We ordered the Gang Gang Hookah (~$20) with a Ice Tip Hose (~$5). This flavor includes peach mist, peach queen, and mint. It took about 10 minutes for them to prepare the hookah. I could taste the mint in every puff which honestly is my favorite part of any flavor. The ice tip really enhances the flavor and makes the smoke a lot fuller too! However, despite having a lot of peach in the name, I barely tasted it. The hookah lasted almost 2 hours with a few coal rotations and is average priced compared to other hookah lounges in the area. I like the decor here a lot and the overall vibe is super chill. If you're looking for a hookah lounge in the downtown area, The Palace is a great place to check out!

I have been a customer at least for the past 3 years and moreover and for the last year I would come by one or twice a week with friends or by myself. I was shocked when I visited this weekend because the prices went up in a crazy way even the regular hookah and customer service were bad unfortunately I asked about one of the smoothies ingredients he didn't understand but as it showed in the picture it looks like strawberry, kiwi and pineapple kind of smoothie whatever I ordered it with my hookah the smoothie came fast but I waited for the hookah 20 minutes which never happened. The smoothie was bad it taste like milk and pudding cream with a bit of strawberry I drink almost half of it because I paid for it I'm not sure if the place has new owner or something but they really need to work on the customer service and someone who's know how to make drinks.
