The cashier is in the wrong and doesn't know the law because I can buy it since I have my ID and it's my responsibility on what happens with the beer afterwards. Honestly this place should train their staff better since their staff are incompetent and should know what the law truly is. I have always been treated like I matter and that matters :) The CVS CORPORATION itself however has bypassed the human completely, by routing EVERY consumer to a voicemail for a call back. Not every person has a phone attached to their hip, a secretary or have the knowledge (elderly & disabled) or opportunity to take a call back and not get fired or worse (driving, walking or another distracted danger).
