This time, we ordered wings and fries for the table, along with an order of hummus to start. The wings are grilled to perfection, covered in a nice spicy Perí-Perí sauce. For main entreés, we ordered the half chicken combo with spicy rice and Cole slaw, the chicken breast combo with spicy rice and major green peas, and half chicken combo with spicy rice and long stem Broccolini. All of our chicken was glazed with mango lime sauce which is amazing. The chicken is tender and juicy, the rice had lots of flavor, and the coleslaw was decent. Nando's doesn't have a presence on the west coast in America yet, but I can't wait until they make it to California!

The sandwiches are really good, they are toasted and packed in an efficient manner, each member takes great care not only in making the sandwiches but also in hygienic standards. Top marks for the pepperoni, roasted veggies and mozzarella special ciabatta, at £3.65. Be weary though, have the cash as they don't take cards. When its less busy it's really nice to go there just for a quick bite before a nice movie. The sandwiches are served cut in half and toasted on a semi-fancy plate with optional salad. Prices, increase by 20p or 30p when you eat in. They also do pasta bakes, jacket potatoes and english breakfasts, £4.50, I can't wait for next sunday to come, I know (and you know) were I'll be eating.

I was here yesterday with my husband, and we ordered some sandwiches, desserts, and soft drinks…read more Firstly, the location is very busy, with only one guy serving customers. The sandwiches were ok and when one lady picked up the plates, I let her know we were waiting for desserts. It took more than 15 minutes for the guy to come with one dessert instead of two. He didn't check the order. When he came with one dessert, we showed him the order, and he went to pick up the other dessert, which again took more than 10 minutes. I saw a lady, and I asked the manager to talk with her, and she said she's the manager. I was explaining the issue to her, and I asked for a refund for the desserts. In this industry, customer satisfaction is very important not only for the business but also for your reputation. I will definitely not be coming back to this location, where the service is not up to standard, and a place to feel welcome to come back.

The lamb shish is simply delicious - juicy, generous chunks grilled to perfection while you wait. The same can be said for the chicken and lamb kofta, or if you really can't decide - sample all three. The salad's always fresh, and the chips crispy, light and cooked to order. Now I can't comment on their donner, but then it has been years since my last drunken encounter with one of these. To be honest, you're missing the point if you settle for a donner from Brothers when the alternatives are this good. This is an unpretentious little gem and if the wait's too much, just order by phone and pop round to collect. PS. Watch out for the rum baba during the summer months!

So, if you're a Chipotle addict, and you find yourself far from Chipotle head to Tortilla. It's extremely comparable in concept and all that sustainability jazz, and the food is pretty good and inexpensive. I recommend the hot salsa, as well as the chicken as a meat option. One important thing to note is that you have the option between a medium sized burrito (or bowl) or a large. I really wish Chipotle would adopt this, as I eat all of the burrito that is laid before me. So, a Chipotle burrito makes me want to take a nap within 7 minutes of leaving, the medium at Tortilla left me satisfied and not feeling comatose. There's also beer and margaritas!
