The restaurant is very spacious and there is usually no need to book. Just come in and the staff will be happy to accommodate you. The staff are very friendly and always serve you efficiently and with a smile. They also have a takeaway service with food being ready within 10 minutes. We were both relieved and a little alarmed by that! I bought my Diet Coke from the newsagent next door. I've never been able to reach the restaurant by phone to order lunch because nobody ever answers, so I have to walk there. This isn't a big deal for me since they're super close and cook everything in about 7-minutes, but I have also gone around during their lunch hours (12-2pm) and found it closed. It's a small family operation and I assume with only a husband/wife team running the show, if one is sick or they need to do something else during business hours, the restaurant stays shuttered for the day. Now, let's get down to the good part. The food is amazing! Coming froma city that is literally a food haven, Los Angeles, I can honestly say that this place is fire! I would even go as far as they are perhaps one of the best tasting Asian spot in London (and trust me, I've been to a lot)! The steamed buns are great, and the dishes are full of flavors. I also like the sweet corn and crab soup. They always bring prawn crackers too! The people who work here are super sweet and helpful. I came on Christmas Eve with my out of town family and it was great. Hit it up!
