The server walked by twice after I asked, but just kept forgetting. She did apologize after the 2nd time & asked if I still wanted it. Arriving at the counter, I was met with a "Welcome to Dunkin" and a warm smile. My order was quickly taken with and I headed to the end of the counter to await my coffee. Upon receiving my coffee, it was warm. Warm as in above room temperature but waaaaaay below hot... I asked Devon if it was possible to have my coffee heated up. She immediately apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make me a new cup. A few moments later I was provided a fresh cup of coffee that was Hot and Perfectly made.
