Their niche is centered more around major milestones such as work anniversaries or senior birthdays or decades-long wedding anniversaries, so don't expect it to be like a Things Remembered store with more diverse and smaller offerings, but they'll engrave things you bring to them which is still great. Despite these areas they could improve, I was able to settle on a nice quality small crystal that was a perfect size and weight. I was extremely pleased with the level of service at this place and was happy to pay the very reasonable rush fee. I am forever grateful for Max's swift help on working my last-minute project in. My boss is playing with the idea of starting his own tequila. For a presentation meeting he had a prototype bottle made and needed it engraved. Even on a busy day right before they were going to close, Mercedes helped us out. She was fantastic! She said that the only hurdle was to make sure the bottle was flat enough to be engraved. She put it in the engraver and said 'no problem'! We got a text the next day saying it was ready to be picked up. Mercedes was there and enthusiastically showed us the bottle. My boss loved it. Just an amazing job!! We have since returned to have 5 more bottles done! Very happy with the entire experience!!

While I…read moremyself have been known to give only 1-star ratings for places I absolutely detest, I do find myself flabbergasted when others do the same, and I have no clue why they'd say it. I mean, everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion, and things don't always go well. In the case of Things Remembered, while there are some scathing reviews, I couldn't have had a better experience if I tried. Perhaps they are inconsistent, I really don't know. It happens, but for me, my experience was PERFECT. My niece and (now) nephew to-be were getting engaged, and we were invited to witness the the big surprise event (a surprise to my niece, no one else). It was really cool and romantic, I have to say. But I digress. I wasn't given much notice, and I wanted to bring a gift. I immediately went to the Things Remembered website and found the PERFECT gift (at least, to me). A lovely heart-shaped picture frame to store 2 pictures (one on each side) for this special event..... with room for engraving. As it happens, I did read in another review that someone had problems with the website, and while I had some technical problems myself, someone from the website customer service was very quick to fix the problem, was very kind, and took care of whatever I needed. Problem(s) solved. I was told I could pick up my merchandise 4 hours later. When I got to the store, it was at the front counter, already boxed and sitting in a bag. They took it apart to show me, and it couldn't have been lovelier (see photo of it). The box and its packaging was very sturdy, the frame was carefully wrapped, and I was very pleased with how it all turned out. While my photo doesn't do it justice in terms of the shiny, sleek, polished silver appearance, you can still see what a great engagement gift it is....... and just know, they did a wonderful job with the engraving (that, you can see).... and they have perfect gifts for any and every occasion one would want to commemorate. I know things CAN go wrong, but for me, they didn't. I'm pretty sure this is a reputable store, and they'd make good on any issue anyone would have. You really should give them a try !!
