This place needs to be condemned. Both of my loads stopped half way through from errors. I had to…read moremanually wring out each item as best I could. Which then caused my drying time to double. The bathroom is boarded shut. All the lights are missing bulbs just about. It "claims" that we can fill out a card for any issues but those don't even exist. A laundry mat makes a killing. It is not difficult to put some of that back into the business. This is disgusting. Effort management. Just a little effort.

The machines are in good condition, and they appear to soften the water. Nice and clean. Everything was working. Working massage chairs and newspapers. Magazine rack. Kids' play area. Temp. in the place seemed to be pleasant Directions need to be posted on the wall. Until 10 am, no one is on duty to help you if you have a question. You must use their card to pay for the laundry machines. It cost $1 for the card itself if you buy it through debit/credit. Cash/debit dollars can be put on the card. The app is available too-go to their site. Obtain their Laundry Money Loading Card from the do-it-yourself kiosk on the south side towards the back. Hard to find prices in one place for the various machines on the website or in the building as of 3/26/26.
